Room C-001: Can I stay? (TAG Remi)

Tadashi just couldn't believe what he had done... That just... That had been so incredibly stupid!!! he kissed Flynn!!! He couldn't believe that... he just kissed Flynn!!! Why??? Oh... well, he knew why... cause he really, really wanted to... cause he really, really liked Flynn... urgh!!! Still!!! Kiss!!!!!!! He had never felt the need to kiss anyone... and now... He kept walking through the garden, the rain washing over his shoulders but he didn't care. It was late nigh, though, and he had no idea where to go... he just couldn't go back to his room... definitely no...
He could... ask Remi... that would mean some explaining... but maybe he needed to talk, after all... and maybe after all this whole thing was something worth talking about... He dragged himself back toward the dorms and in front Remi's door, shacking for the cold water, looking exactly like a wet puppy. He knocked at the door, hoping she would be the one opening the door... and that someone would open at all, seeing how late it was! Luckily, someone did open the door, and it was Remi that did so!
"He-hey Remi..." he said, faking a hafl smile "C-can I stay? P-please?" he begged her, and from his look it was evident that his choice was either her or the park, under the rain...

Remi didn't know what to expect at all upon hearing the knock on her door. It's so late, who's up this late at night? And what do they want? Is there some kind of checkup that must be done randomly? She didn't know, but she pulled her messy hair back in a ponytail so she can see. Remi opened the door and squinted lazily at Tadashi. "Tadashi?" She yawned. Remi is woken up immediately at the mention of staying with her. "Stay? What? Why?" She finally takes him in. "Tadashi you're soaking wet!" Remi pulled him inside and closed the door. "Here, I'll get you a towel - don't sit! My roommates might lose it if the coach is wet or gets moldy or something." Remi ran to the bathroom and got Tadashi a towel, wiping his face first then working on his shoulders and chest. "Why were you out in the rain?" She demanded, "What's going on?"

As she dragged him in, closing the door behind him, he knew at least she was gonna let him stay, even if she looked mad and he wasn't sure he could handle her being mad right now... As she left him to get a towel, he remained where he was, trembling like a wet kitten, crossing his arms in front of his chest in the attempt to warm himself up a bit... As Remi came back, he kept still as she wiped his face and then his shoulders and chest, like he was a child. As she asked what was going on, he totally looked like a guilty puppy, one could easily imagine dog hears on his head totally directed backwards... "Ah... I..." he started but then shut up and just looked down, biting his lower lip... she was being quite demanding and strong and... that was just such a delicate subject... and he was already quite fragile on his own...

Remi stopped, looking up at Tadashi. Oh no. "Here sit down." Remi laid the towel out on the couch an went back to the bathroom for a dry one. "Here." She handed Tadashi the towel, he can dry himself if he wanted, he was just quiet. "Do you want hot chocolate?" Remi knew Tadashi would get a cold, it wasn't as if they were blowing hot air through the vents. Remi turned and went to make the hot chocolate anyways. Once she did that she got a large blanket and sat down beside him. She spread the blanket across either of them and faced him. "What's going on?" She was even more worried now. It’s the middle of the night and he clearly had gone outside when he didn’t need to. "Did Reno do something?" She demanded.

As Remi laid the towel on the couch and told him to sit down, he just did as she told him and sat on the sofa, drying himself weakly with the new towel. He nodded when she mentioned the hot chocolate, he was never the one to refuse sweets, especially in times like this... when he was upset sweets were one of the things that worked best to make him feel better...
As she got back with the blanket, he felt her covering him and getting under the blanket as well before she asked once again what was going on, before explicitly asking if it was Reno's fault. He vigorously shook his head "It's not Reno... Not that..." he replied lowly again, looking down. He just didn't know where to start... most of all... it was something deadly serious to him, not something to laugh nor something to cheer about... it wasn't like he didn't trust Remi, heck she was his best friend but... he kinda wanted to know she would have remained calm... she wouldn't have... overreacted... he looked up at her with his puppy eyes like silently asking if she could do just that...

Well if it wasn't Reno then what was it? What's going on with him? "Tadashi," Remi began. She took a deep breath. She needed to stay calm. Getting upset with Tadashi wouldn't do them any good, and the fact that she was going frustrated in the first place was new for her. But Tadashi had never done something so unusual before, and he's been acting weird and keeping things from her, she just couldn't take it anymore! "Why are you here so late? Who are you running from?"

He was still shaking lightly because of the cold, even though the blanket was helping a bit. As remi repeated once again those questions he got a bit closer to her and curled up next to her, hugging her and hiding his face on her shoulder: he just needed this now... Only then he started talking with in a low, quite flat voice "I kissed my roommate, Flynn... then I ran away..." he tightened more the hug, his voice just barely audible "I... think I like Flynn... a lot..." and I just messed up, badly...

Remi of course welcomed Tadashi to her and held him tight against her when he hid in her shoulder. It felt like forever ago since he's done that. Remi paused, looking down at Tadashi, Had she heard him right? It wasn't the part about kissing his roommate that surprised her, Tadashi only had girl friends and never dated a girl before, he being gay was not a big reveal for her. Tadashi kissing someone else first was news for sure! "You...kissed him first?" She echoed. "You ran away? Why did you run? Did he reject you?" Remi smiled a bit at the mention of liking him a lot, she could tell that o her own. Was this why Tadashi was behaving so reserved towards her?

Tadashi himself hadn't really stopped thinking about the implication of what it meant for him the fact he liked Flynn: he had barely stumbled across the though that that evidently meant he could possibly be gay... but he hadn't stopped thinking about that. The situation was already confusing enough as it was. He was already having troubles naming half of the emotions he was feeling, addressing the others half was even more difficult! He didn't wanna add those details too... And now, now Remi wanted to know even that... right... why did he ran away... did Flynn reject him? At first, he nodded at her question about the kiss and then, after a while, added "I don't know..." he peeped in the end after a while, honestly: and that was the problem. He didn't know, and it was easier just not to know than to be turned down. He didn't want to know if it meant some rejection... it just... he just didn't know how to deal with that... and even if the answer was yes instead... what was he supposed to do???

It was clear that Tadashi hadn't yet com to terms with liking this guy...Flynn. And he clearly didn't stick around to assess the situation considering he has no idea whether or not Flynn rejected him or liked him. Did Tadashi even know if her kissed back? This was really a lot to take in. Remi reached over to the table and picked up the mug of hot chocolate, offering it to Tadashi. "You're freezing. You really need dry clothes." As much as she'd love to go to his room and do it herself - oh wait, she actually wanted to stay as far away from his room as he did. Maybe Remi still had some clothes that Cloud left. She told him she'd wash them, which she did, but she didn't think she gave them back. "So, you're just going to hide here until...?" Until Flynn came looking for him? If they were lucky, Flynn didn't know Remi existed.

Tadashi wasn't really happy of the fact she stood up, breaking the hug, even though she was right, he was freezing, in fact he was still trembling lightly. He tried to keep Remi, but she easily moved away anyway and quickly came back with the mug of chocolare "thanks..." he thanked her lowly, taking a sip of the sweet beverage that already warmed him up a bit. As she mentioned he needed dry clothes he just looked down, he knew she was right, he just didn't want to go back... He replied nothing to that, but then, as she asked for how long he would hide, he knew even less what to say: the answer was simply: until you allow me to stay here... then I'll hide somewhere else. Running away, after all, was his winning strategy...

Judging from Tadashi's lacking response, he clearly was going to stay here until she made him leave which probably wasn't going to happen. If she told him to leave he'd just beg her to stay and then she'd give in like she always does and her room would be a four person setting. He probably would sprint away from Flynn if he saw him, so she assumed that meant he wasn't leaving her room either. Lucky for the both of them her ankle still hurt so she wasn't training for another three days. Remi got up and retrieved Cloud's clothes from her drawer, as quietly as possible so not to disturb her roommates. Sweatpants and a t shirt, she always had a pair of his jeans somewhere.. She returned nd placed them on the couch before sitting beside Tadashi again and wrapping her arms around him. "Everything's going to be okay." She murmured to him, kissing his temple.

Tadashi felt relief as she didn't try to dig further on the subject, somehow that meant that he was allowed to stay... she wasn't kicking him out, at least not so soon! Beside... she was still having problems with her ankle so she couldn't drag him back to his room anyway... He took some new sips of his hot chocolate, checking Remi leaving and then coming back with a change of clothes: for a moment he wondered why she had male clothes but as realization hit him, he blushed heavily: those were Cloud's clothes, and if he left them there... now even he could make that kind of connection... As Remi sat down and hugged him, he buried once again his face on her shoulder, hiding it. And somehow her words really managed to sooth him... "mhm..." he nodded lightly, before adding "sorry if I worried you..." referring both to now and in general to the past few days/weeks... it wasn't like he didn't want to talk... just... such subjects were really outside his comfort zone...

Remi wasn't sure what she was going to do. Would she go see the Flynn guy? Nah, she probably shouldn't risk that. She might make things worse. She couldn't let Tadashi just hide forever. It was unhealthy! But at least this way she can keep an eye on him; she didn't want Tadashi to fall into any destructive behavior. "Will, I'm not supposed to train for a few more days, so I guess we can find something to do." She didn't know what they'd do actually. She was sleeping a lot from the pain meds. Tadashi didn't have any of his videogames...this would be soo tricky.

He got up, taking the clothes she had brought to him. He would have even changed there if it had been just Remi, but since he didn't know if her roommates would show up he preferred to direct himself toward the bathroom "Uhm... c-can I tinker with your pc?" he asked with his big begging puppy eyes, knowing her pc was quite old but that didn't matter, he could make it work just fine... "I promise I won't bother you..."

Remi yawned, "Yeah, Tadashi." She nodded, pointing to where it was on the table. "Tinker with it all you want. I barely use it anyway." Remi rubbed her eyes. "This late, though?" Well, she wanted some sleep, so Tadashi can tinker all night for now. She'll be more alert once she gets some more sleep. "I know you won't. I'm going to bed. You can join me when you're..finished." Remi dragged her feet back to her room.

He weakly smiled to her with a thankful nod, before shrugging at her question: he wouldn't be able to sleep anyway so... " 'Night Remi..." he greeted her as she left the room, before he finally got in the bathroom and got rid of his wet clothes, drying himself and getting in Cloud's clothes. Those clothes were definitely way too big for him, but at least they were comfy.. and dry! He put his own clothes aside, leaving them in the bathroom so they could dry, then went back to the sofa where he took once again the hot cocoa and took Remi's pc with his power. He silently and quickly started tinkering with it, not even needing any specific instruments for what he needed to do: he couldn't do miracles, but he managed to give it enough speed and power to allow himself to play on his steam account after just a few hours. And that was what he did for the rest of the night: sleeping wasn't even an option, he just kept on playing and playing and playing, just trying to shush his brain from any possible unwelcome thought... Next morning, when Remi woke up, he was still playing on the sofa...

When Remi woke up again it was morning. She was an early bird by nature, and her roommates were still asleep, so she snuck out of the bedroom, closing the door behind her. And she's almost too surprised to move. Tadashi didn't wake up as early as she did, so seeing him awake and playing games on her computer means that he stayed up all night. "Tadashi, did you sleep at all?" She demanded, marching up to him. This was going to be bad, really bad, wasn't it? And she already didn't what to do to help him. At least he changed into Cloud's clothes, which were clearly too big for him, but at least he hadn't forgotten and stayed wet the whole night. Remi rubbed her forehead, trying to think. "Do you want breakfast?" She suggested. This was Tadashi she was talking about. Remi sighed, prepared to do something she would never do on an average occasion. "Do you want...ice cream?"

As Remi entered the room, marching up to him demanding to know if he had slept at all, Tadashi looked up at him with guilty puppy eyes and said nothing. So... the answer was probably really clear... now he was sitting upside down on the sofa, his head dangling from it and his legs crossed, resting where his head was supposed to be. The computer was midair in front of him thanks to his power, upside down as well: now that wasn't a rule, but when he sat like that... that always meant he was in a bad, bad mood... just, his bad mood never meant angry, in meant more... apathetic, quiet, immersed in his own thoughts or even better trying to avoid to think... As Remi asked about breakfast, he was ready to shake his head and say no, but when she suggested the ice cream... well, she managed to capture his interest "Yes, please..." he replied with those big puppy eyes staring at her

Even though Tadashi was upside down, and he very rarely sat that way because it meant he wasn't feeling well, emotionally, she couldn't help but giggle to herself when he agreed to eating the ice cream. It wasn't a meal, but, at least he would be eating. Remi walked to the freezer and retrieved a pint of one of her roommates' ice cream, probably going to replace it before they noticed. She got a spoon and handed it to Tadashi before sitting down beside him, and leaning on his legs. "That's so convenient. You can play and eat ice cream at the same time. Lucky you." She rolled her eyes. "Are you feeling better? At least a little?"

As Remi approached him with the bowl of icecream, he thought it was a good idea to sit down normally so he turned upside down, not without feeling a bit dizzy though: he had lost count for how many hours he had been sitting in that position... As Remi handed him the bowl of ice cream he took with with a nodding thanks, smiling a bit to her before he started eating up the ice cream, pausing the game and curling up more next to Remi. He didn't really want to talk, and the sooner he went back to his game the sooner he could turn off his brain again, but Remi was being so nice to him and he surely didn't want to be rude with her... at he question he replied with a really vague "mh...." that could actually mean both yes or no... he... he just didn't know himself!

Remi wasn't sure at all how to cheer Tadashi up if he didn't want to leave. The only thing she could really think of was showering him with sweets, but she didn't want to give him a stomach ache...or cavities. And she didn't have experience with breakups or anything like that, the only time she'd dealt with something like that was with Reno. And unlike Tadashi she could actually hide from him and know he'd avoid her too. "Do you want to go for a walk or something?" She suggested, "We could get some food and watch a movie?"

Tadashi kept eating his ice cream and soon enough he finished it: he stood up to put the bowl in the sink and then he went back to the sofa where he sat down once again. At Remi's suggestion he shook his head, feeling a bit guilty about that but really not wanting to leave "I-I'd prefer t-to play... i-if you d-don't mind..." he replied, knowing full well she wouldn't have approved much but hoping she would have allowed him. Games kept his mind busy far more that any movie could...
