Room C-001: Sleepover! (TAG Remi, Renee, Leiko)

Tadashi was absolutely serious about sleeping over with Remi: after all running away from his problems had always been to him the best way to deal with them! So now running away from the embarrassing situation with Reno was just like him... Not that the guy was actually scary, just... really intimidating, at least to him. He had to pass with Remi from his room to take at least a couple of things for the night, like pijama and tooth rush, and luckily for him none of his roommates where there at the moment so he had just rushed out as quickly as possible, just leaving the icecream or at least most of it in the freezer and then following Remi in her room. "You are sure-sure I won't disturb your roommies, are you?" he asked concerned as they stepped in

Remi remained by Tadashi's side the entire way to his room and to her door. He clearly was totally shaken up but the run in with Reno, and she couldn’t help but feel totally responsible for it, the least she could do is let him sleep over; and as his best friend she had to be supportive the whole way through. Remi clutched Tadashi's free arm, having pulled him inside. "Mm-hmm. I mean, I hope so. They're nice." Remi wasn’t exactly sure it’d be okay, but they wouldn’t make him leave would they? That would just be heartless!

Well... if they didn't want him in their room, he hoped they'd agree to let him sleep on their sofa, at least... he just didn't want to go back that evening, no, no way. It was hard enough adapting to this new life, after such embarrassment it could at least wait for one night, couldn't it? Beside... he liked spending time with Remi. And he had taken something special for the occasion... "Remi, look what I have here!" he exclaimed, taking out of the plastic bag he was carrying with him some vegan brand of sandwich soy ice cream: he had left his cookie cat in his room and brought those with him instead, so he could share them with Remi. He prefferred the cookie cats... but ice cream was still ice cream, and the soy was was quite good in his opinion, it was one of the few vegan stuffs Remi ate that he actually liked.

Remi honestly didn’t thin her roommates would mind that much, not enough to demand he leave or anything like that. All they had to do was meet him and they would totally fall in love; most girls did. Maybe Remi could even get Tadashi to date one of them—they were all geeks, right? Tadashi had to find somebody eventually. Remi arched a brow when he reaches into the plastic bag. She goggles at him. "Tadashi, no way! You bought these?" She exclaimed with him, taking the box and examining it. "Oh my gosh! You know how much I love these!" Remi very much liked her vegan ice cream sandwiches—but specialized food such as that was expensive, and when she was till living with her parents she had to buy her own separate food because they barely acknowledged her vegan diet let alone her eating habits. Well. Except when her mother cooked her a plate by mistake and Remi told her she wasn't eating it. Her sister always laughs at that. "Thank you, thank you, thank you!" Remi could always four on Tadashi to make her day. She threw we arms around him and pulled him inside. "Come on, we have to see how many we can eat before we start feeling sick."

At Remi's reaction Tadashi couldn't help but smile happily: yup, that was exactly the reaction he was aiming for. He knew her food was a bit more expensive, but he didn't care, he could afford it, and beside, he liked to do nice stuffs for her. One could think that with him being so childish and immature the relationship with them lacked of balance and that it was all Remi taking care of him, but Tadashi, in his own childlike way, liked to take care and spoil her as well. He enjoyed very much the hug, hugging her back, but at her comment he replied with a quite disappointed "Awwww but this is the healthy food... isn't it supposed to make you feel fine?"

Remi rolled her eyes. "Seriously, Tadashi." She takes the bag from him and places it on the table, removing the box of ice cream and opening it. "That goes with anything you binge eat, not just junk food or healthy food." She explained, prying open the box with her fingernails and retrieving an ice cream sandwich. "Either way," She opened it and took a bite. "You'll feel sick. At least a little bit." She grinned at him with reassurance. "It's a good kind of pain!" She persisted, offering him one. Even if Tadashi decided not to, she'd still eat all of them probably.

He shrugged: he could handle a little bit of stomachache, if it was for eating icecream. And he did like that soy icecream, it was softer and a little blander than normal ice cream, but still really nice in its own way so he accepted with pleasure, opened the small package and took the first bite. Sooooo good! "So... wanna tell me about the bet?" he asked curious, going to sit on the couch with his legs crossed and a curious expression on his face.

Remi grinned wider at Tadashi when he took a bite of the ice cream sandwich. "Yay!" he cheered, turning and smoothing her skirt under as she sits down on the couch beside him. "Bet?" She echoes, still chewing the sandwich part. "Oh. Right. Well I," Remi paused, collected her thoughts. "I just met him at the greenhouse and i was rambling more than usual and I bet him that i could stop in two days. He said if he won, i had to cook him food for a week. Then he pulled out a cigarette, and you know how I feel about the damage tobacco smoking does to the environment! So I told him to quit and I made him pinky promise." Remi made everyone pinky promise for everything. "That was our bet. Only I didn't stop rambling, so we halved it. We both have to take on our parts. So I'm cooking and he's quitting. Hopefully."

Tadashi listened to her the whole time without interrupting, just nomming on his icecream sandwich while doing so. "Uh! What are you cooking for him?" he asked with interest. Asking about the less important details and not the main stuffs was just like him, but according to him the details were as important, and beside... for the more important stuffs, he didn't want to force them out, he was just there to listen if Remi wanted to tell him more, as always.

"Squash spaghetti." She answered, finishing her ice cream sandwich and going in for another. "You know, the sliced squash instead of pasta and all. Have I made it for you before?" Remi questioned, having forgotten whether she'd made it for him or not. "I never would've expected him as your roommate, but I can understand why you were so intimidated. I think you should relax around him, you're so tense." Remi considered telling Tadashi about her formulating crush on Reno, but left it alone.

Squash spaghetti? He couldn't remember if she had made it for him or not... maybe... He shrugged lightly shaking a bit his head in a silent 'i don't know': she did try to make him taste many things of her vegan diet, but while he ate with pleasure her alternative sweets and even learnt to prepare a couple himself just to make them especially for her (obviously really, really simple things), with salty food... well, she was usually less lucky. In general, he didn't mind soy used instead of meat or stuffs like that, but he already didn't like too much normal salty food and the different flavour often just made him grimace in disgust, he couldn't help. He wasn't a fan of meat, he actually didn't like meat if it wasn't made in special ways, but he still couldn't adapt to her diet.
As he finished the ice cream sandwich, he went as well for another one, frowning a bit at her words just cause he was focusing on them. "Mhm..." he nodded then, but he wasn't really convinced: how could he relax? Reno was just so different from him, it seemed like he belonged to another planet... he didn't even know how to speak the same language...

Upon watching Tadashi's expression as he tried to remember and then he just shrugged, she simply waved her hand dismissively. "I'll make some extra for you then." She told him. Tadashi did eat her dishes sometimes, not all of the time. Tadashi's semi-distaste for meat always made it easier for when they went out to eat someplace. Remi could tell he was still feeling sort of down about the Reno situation. "Well," She turned and lied her head on Tadashi's lap, looking up at him and still eating her ice cream. "I need a new phone, as you know. Since I ditched my old one which, looking back was a bit extreme since I could've just blocked my parents' numbers, but nonetheless, I guess I still need a phone." Even though she was sure she probably didn't need it. "Do you think they sell stuff like that here?" She asked him curiously. Maybe he'd seen one somewhere.

"Ok" he agreed to her suggestion of making a bit more just for him with a smile: he wasn't sure he would like that, but he was going to try it with pleasure. When Remi rested on his lap, Tadashi didn't even flinch, he liked that kind of physical contact and it was something quite common between them. As she explained what happened to her old phone, he shook his head in dismay: that was a good phone! He had helped her buying it, poor phone! But... it was no use complain now so instead he nodded at her question: "Yeah, I saw the electronic shop, they are pretty well furnished... sure, they don't have the special stuffs I look for but the cellphones are pretty neat. I can come with you and help you find a good one if you want"

Remi grins in delight. "Great! No rush. I honestly didn't think I'd need to buy a new one but I guess it doesn't really matter where you go, people are still glued to the internet." Remi rolls her eyes. She wasn't very keen on cyber interaction. She preferred to be face to face with other people and she didn't even bother with the social media that Tadashi had helped her with. The most she did on the internet was peep in and out of Tadashi's videos every now and then. She bites into her ice cream sandwich. "Any new friends?"

"Hey what's wrong with the internet?" Tadashi replied in a whiney voice, obviously not sharing Remi's lack of sympathy for technology. He couldn't help, after all thanks to his power he quite literally was in deep contact with any kind of technology. He finished his ice cream sandwich and was already going for a new one but he was stopped by a deep yawn: he had quite an intense day and now he was starting to feel it, feeling so terribly sleepy. "Uh? Friends? Oh... yes... I met a boy, Hiro... he likes my videos..." he replied, starting to feel more and more sleepy: he was always like that, once sleep kicked in, there was really no way to resist for him...

Remi rolled her eyes at Tadashi. Every time they had sleepovers Tadashi was always the first to fall asleep; and he fell asleep early too! Remi was a night owl, so she'd be up until mid-morning while Tadashi slept on her. He could never stay up no matter how hard he tried. She's always thought him to be like a little kid in that way, determined to stay awake but falling asleep anyway. "Hey, Tadashi." She grinned at him. "Ready to go sleep now?"

Part of him wanted to complain, to ask to stay up late, but... it was no use, his body was already asking to hit the bed. Rubbing one eye in a really childlike way, he nodded "Uh-uh"

Remi laughed up at Tadashi, getting off of him and standing. "Go get in the bed Tadashi." She commands, picking up the box of ice cream. She knew he wasn't going to go just because she told him to. Just like a kid, she'd need to set an example. "I'm going. I'm sleepy." She informed, putting the ice cream in the fridge.

As Remi said she was going to go to bed too, Tadashi finally stood up and moved toward the bed, he recovered the pijama on his way toward Remi's bed and put it on once next to the bed, after all so far it was only he and Remi in the bedroom, and he didn't care if Remi saw him in his boxers. Once in his pijama (a nerdy star-wars themed pijama), Tadashi sat down but he waited for Remi to come by before he would lie down: he wouldn't go to sleep without curling up next to her...

Remi entered the bedroom to discover Tadashi standing by the bed already in his pajamas. "I knew you were sleepy." She teased, walking to her dresser and retrieving her own. She faced Tadashi as she stripped down. She wasn't self conscious or anything about Tadashi seeing her naked, he'd sat in her dressing room with her during her ballet showcases. "You can get in the bed, you know." She told him, slipping on a short nightgown and climbing in on one side.

Tadashi waited for Remi to actually get in bed before he got in bed himself, no matter how tired he was. As usual, he curled up next to Remi, hugging her, hiding completely under the blankets: curling up and hiding under the blankets was something he did since he was a child, and at home, if he didn't have a human being as Remi to curl up with, he usually had his cat. Sleeping here on his own was surely harder and quite sadder to him... but at least now he could still curl up with Remi!

Remi can't help but laugh at Tadashi as he curls in close. "Goodnight Tadashi." She kisses his cheek under the cover before popping her head out and wrapping her arms around him.
