Description of superpower:
At the snap of his fingers or flick of the wrist, Luca can manipulate fire out of air with ease. He has pretty much of a decent hold onto his powers due to his performances on the road with his family. Though his time of controlling this power is limited , this is why he performs for a short amount of time with his fire acts. The longest time he had control over his power was maybe twenty minutes tops. When he loses control, his fire will blaze up uncontrollably. With this superpower, he isn’t affected by the hot weather nor the cold weather, so he’ll always be comfortable with any temperature. Though if doused in water, Luca's power will be weakened extremely. But if in water for too long, his powers will be nullified for days. He can also manipulate fire that was already present due to other actions, which was the safest part of his powers. It’s just that if the fire that he manipulated out of air went out of control, Luca couldn’t grab control on the flames.

Personality:
Luca is an extrovert and isn’t afraid to speak his mind. This counters his goal to bring smiles to the people that he meets. Since when he’s straightforward, it means that what he bluntly tells others what they don’t want to hear. When he notices that he angered the person, Luca always tries to mend things. Unless that person deserved such criticism from him.
He’s also adventurous and daring, not afraid to take any risks and will make sure that he’ll overcome any obstacle in his way. So he’s very determined as well.  He’s got a kind, yet erratic disposition that makes him approachable yet overwhelming at times.

Story:
Luca Matthews was born to his parents who were gypsies that were traveling around with their gypsy family all over. His family was a much known traveling group that was quite popular due to their performances and acts. His mother had a lovely voice that attracted many and his father deviled in the arts of illusions.  And to their surprise, their son had turned out to be very special. A kind of special that couldn’t be revealed. But that didn’t mean they had to oppress his special power, but to actually mask it. By doing this, his parents and a few of the other family members kept an eye on him and helped him the best they could with his power. And they taught him at a young age a few tricks that were performed quite a bit in their acts. This brought Luca to think of doing a fire act as a performance to have some more practice with his powers and see the delighted faces of the audiences during his fire performances. But it was mostly a lifesaver, because Luca couldn’t stop bringing his power out. If he did, then his body would get extremely hot, causing him much distress and to pass out!

His mother and father were approving of their son and his powers, though it had distressed them a bit when his powers went spiral. Quite a few wildfires and accidents had happened due to their son. But nonetheless, they showered their son with happiness and love. And eventually support when the news of the training center came about. Scotty wasn’t too sure about leaving his family for the training center, but his family encouraged him to do so for his well being. The thought of Luca's power overcoming him completely and taking him away from the family for good, really scared them. So he finally relented, thinking on the brightside of the training center. Eventually, Luca left his family and headed to the training center, hoping to enhance his powers and to control them better of course.
