Time to Practice {Tag:Luca}

Yazoo was practicing on the bars in the gym. It didn't seem like as many people got into the gymnastics area of it, but that suited him just fine. His long hair was secured in a quick bun on top of his head so he could move freely around the bars without having to worry about it. Braids and ponytails had a tendency to get in his way too much when he was practicing unless he incorporated them into some sort of fancy updo. He only went that far for competitions though.

Luca sighed softly as he walked out of the locker room after getting dressed in gym shorts towards to one of the treadmills to get some afternoon running in. He had been usually doing his afternoon runs outside on the beach, but today it was raining and lighting was very visible outside. So it was safe to do it inside today. It was surprising that there weren't many people in the gym. Probably taking this as a day to be lazy then? Luca presumed to himself as he got onto the treadmill and turned it on, staring his running. As he gazed around the gym, he took notice of someone practicing in the gymnastics part of the gym on the bars.

Yazoo swung from one bar onto a higher one, swinging around it intricately before settling to perch on top of it for a moment and rest. He shoved a few strands of hair that had come loose out of his face. Once he was sure they were back in his hair tie he swung down in a graceful leap, retrieving his water bottle. Maybe he would practice on the balance beam next, doing cartwheels on it. There wasn't really enough space for him to feel comfortable doing handsprings and such in here.

Luca watched the male swing up onto a higher bar, swinging around it a few before perching on top of it. Probably to rest before the male swung down in a leap down onto the floor. "Wow," he remarked lightly in wonder, feeling like he was watching his family doing one of their acts. A few of his cousins did alot of gymnastics like this guy was doing.

Yazoo tilted his head slightly as he noticed the other boy in the gym looking at him. His eyes met their's for a moment as he clicked the top of his water bottle closed, before letting them fall away, setting the object back down.

Luca gazed over at the male slightly memorized before blinking in surprise when their eyes met. As soon as the male's gaze dropped away, Luca finally torn his eyes away from the male as well. Oh great, he just got caught staring. Even though most of the time Luca didn't mind getting caught staring, right now he felt a bit sheepish by his actions. To shrug off this off, Luca focused back onto his running.

Yazoo contemplated the other male for a moment before deciding to go over and greet him. He didn't know many people here yet so it couldn't hurt to go over and say hi. He walked over to the other side of the gym, stopping a little in front of the treadmill. "Hello," he greeted, cocking his head at the person on the treadmill.

Luca glanced back at the male, only to blink in surprise at the sight of the male heading his way. He gave the male, who greeted him, a light grin and waved his hand a bit. "Hello! Guess you caught me staring?"

Yazoo's lips quirked upward in amusement. "I did happen to notice," he confirmed, a soft chuckle rising in his throat. He undid his hair tie, long silver locks spilling down his back as he slid the tie around his wrist for the moment.

Luca tilted his head at the male, watching as the male's long silver locks spilled down as the male undid his hair tie. "You've got some beautiful hair," he remarked in a straightforward tone, giving the male a light smile.

Yazoo's gaze flickered down to his hair, a light grin touching his features at the compliment. "Thank you," he replied simply. Not everyone seemed to approve of him having long hair as a guy, so it was nice when people liked it.

Luca gave the male a light grin, nodding his head. "No problem!" he quipped cheerfully as he slowed down the speed of the treadmill. "Never really seen someone with long silver hair before."

He chuckled softly. "Have you seen anyone with silver hair at all before?" He asked curiously. "It's not really common unless they've dyed it usually." His turquoise gaze was leveled at the other boy, face open, if a bit playful in expression.
