Room C-022: In need of some comfort

Tadashi slowly opened the door of the room and got in, secretly hoping that Reno and Flynn wouldn't be there: after how the date concluded itself... well, he wasn't eager to talk and explain. Reno was nowhere to be seen, but as he got in he saw Flynn sitting on the couch, watching TV. At least he was busy... maybe he was busy enough not to pay too much attention to him... he faked a smile and peeped a "hey" quickly walking toward the bedroom without stopping to stay anything else. He didn't even care to change his clothes, he just kicked away his shoes and curled up in his bed, under the blankets, covering the head as well, but that was, after all his habit. Still completely covered by the blankets, he hugged the pillow and hid his face in it, closing his eyes: he never want to try a date ever again in his life, ever! He just wanted now to sleep and forget...

As flynn was watching tv, he heard the door opened and turned to see what it was. It was Tadashi, who didnt look like himself. Even his greeting sounded funny to say the least, and the male had just slipped into the bedroom without saying anything else. Flynn stayed where he was dor a moment before getting up and heading into the bedroom. It seemed like something was wrong. And his assumption was right when he took the sight of tadashi in the bed completely under the covers. "Guess the date didnt go well?" If he recalled, the date was today?

As Tadashi heard the door opening and the Flynn's voice reaching him, he laid still and did nothing, said nothing... No, he just... he didn't want to talk about that, talking would only hurt more wouldn't it? After all he couldn't fix it... he only wished he could go back in time and just say no to that date! But he couldn't... what it was done was done... and now he could only lay there, his mood couldn't be worse and he felt his eyes getting watery... if only he could manage to sleep he could at least let everything fade in the past, but he wasn't sure if now he would manage to sleep so easily...

Flynn sighed softly as he recieved no answer from the male. He stayed silent fora moment before heading over to the bed,sitting down on the edge of the bed. "If you don't get up and tell me, I'll make sure to imagine something crawling around your bed. And it'll have more than two legs."

When Flynn stayed quiet and then started moving, Tadashi thought he was actually leaving. That was a bittersweet feeling: on one side he was glad so he didn't have to talk, on the other... he didn't completely want to stay alone... turned out, well, he wasn't alone. Instead of leaving the room, Flynn sat down on the edge of his bed. His words made Tadashi stiffen: by then, he had got what his roommate's power was, even if he had only briefly seen it at work... and no, he didn't want something crawling around his bed! Slowly he sat up, letting the blanket fall down: his eyes were red and he had the same expression of a beaten up puppy, and now it was evident he was uncomfortable, cause what he feared was that Flynn now could tease him even more for not being able to do even ok on his date...

Flynn smirked in delight as his mini threat worked, but that quickly fell at the aight of the male's red eyes. He looked like a woundened puppy! What in the world happened? He looked at the male with a worried expression."what happened?" He questioned the male in a concerned tone.

Tadashi looked down as Flynn looked at him with such a concerned expression: he didn't want to worry him... though he was glad he wasn't teasing him, at least... at his question he shrugged lightly and looked away mumbling a "nothing..."

Flynn frowned deeply as the male gave him nothing as an answer. "That's complete and utter bullshit." He remarked in a blunt tone, shaking his head. "Something defintely happened." His hazel eyes gazed over at the male with a serious look in them.

Flynn's blunt tone made him only more uncomfortable, he shifted uncomfortably in his place before whining a "it's just... it's..." then with a desperate sigh he covered himself again with the blanket, curling up on himself and whining louder "I never want to go on a date again!"

Flynn waited for the male's answer, before covering his ears a bit at the male's loud whine about not wanting to go on another date ever again. He tapped his finger on the bed before reaching over to the blanket, gripping it and jerking it off the male. "Just because one date went downhill doesn't mean it's the end of dating for you." he sighed lightly, staying silent for a moment. "You're not the only one who's had shitty dates. I've had a plenty of them." Although that had been when Flynn was younger. Currently Flynn didn't really do dating much. Just flirting and stands.

As Flynn took away the blanket, Tadashi jerked a bit in surprise, curling up a bit more on himself, before sitting up on his knees when Flynn started talking: he was still frowning and looked upset and sad... and then, as Flynn finished talking, he got closer to him and curled up next to him, hiding his face against his chest. Well, if Flynn was intentioned to comfort him and even took his blanked away... he guessed he could even do so... "I don't like dates..." he complained softly, looking more than ever like a sad puppy in need of cuddles

Flynn blinked in surprise as the male got closer to him and curled up next to him, hiding his face against the brunette's chest. He paused for a moment before letting out a soft sigh and wrapping his arms around the male. "You'll like them when you feel feelings for someone else. You'll want to take that special person on a date." he remarked. Flynn had a few crushes and such, and they were the ones that Flynn had dated a couple of times. But none were much serious later.

Tadashi was really glad when Flynn wrapped his arms around him and hugged him: that was so much better than the blanket... His words though, confused him: for a moment he found himself uncertain wether to ask or not... he didn't want Flynn to mock him again like he did the other time... but... but now he needed to know... "How do you know when you have feelings for someone?" he peeped softly, gripping Flynn's shirt

At the male's question, Flynn bit his lip a bit, feeling a bit cautious and nervous about answering it. "Aw geez, how do I explain this to you..." he sighed out lightly in distress. He wasn't good at explaining such things to the male. Flynn stayed silent for a moment before breathing out heavily. "You want to be by that person, be with them most of the time. You'll get jealous of those around the person...You'll seriously have the urge to know everything about the person." He stopped for a moment as he tried to think of some other things. "You'll want to kiss the person, not feel forced to. Need anymore details?" Flynn remarked in a questionable tone. By gods, he felt like he sucked at this shitty explaining.

Always wanting to be with that person, being jealous, wanting to know everything about that person... even wanting to kiss that person! Did he ever feel something like that in his life? He sufely didn't feel that for Xion... not like she wasn't nice, he liked her, if he hadn't been so nervous for the date he would have probably enjoyed their time together even more, but... he didn't like her in that way... did he ever wanted to kiss someone? Unexpencted and unwanted, the memory of Flynn teasing him, showing him how to kiss popped up in his mind. But he didn't want to kiss him!!! ...did he? N-no... of course not, that was riddiculus... without even noticing, his grip on Flynn's shirt became a bit stronger "t-there is more?" He asked with an uncertain tone

His eyebrows furrowed a bit when he felt the male grip his shirt tightly, but didn't mind this at all really. He nodded his head a bit before pausing for a moment then answering, "Well your heart will definitely beat faster when you see the person, talk to them, or even hear someone mention that certain person." He thought for a moment before remembering what his friend had told him that one time about a crush of hers. "And you'll definitely feel butterflies in your stomach."

Tadashi let the informations sink in, biting his lower lip: his heart did beat faster when Flynn pretended to wanting to kiss him... but that was cause he was scared, wasn't it? Urgh!!! All those stuffs were now hurting his brain! No, no, no! He didn't have a crush on anyone! That was all stupid stuffs, Flynn's words were just confusing him, that was it! He just needed to stop thinking, to distract himself! Maybe to get something sweet... Looking up at Flynn with his big puppy eyes, obviously looking calmer than before, he peeped "I want ice cream..." such a childish request, and even his expression was rather childish now... even if, at the same time, really cute...

Flynn glanced down at the male when he felt a gaze on him, swallowing a bit at the sight of the puppy eyes. This boy was going to be the death of him. A slight chuckle slipped past his lips in amusement at the male's childish expression and tone. "How about ice cream and a movie? I just got the movie, Paranorman a few days ago." Flynn suggested to the male with a light grin, slight worry nagged the back of his head a bit. If the male continued to act so cute all the time, Flynn wasn't sure how he was going to hold himself back from attacking the cutie.

Tadashi's eyes lit up in excitement at the offer "Yes!" He replied with a wide smile "I love that movie!" he added honestly: it actually was such a good movie! Tadashi finally let go of Flynn, moving away from his embrace, just to take his hand though and start pulling him to make him follow him. Still that childish smile on his lips and that puppy-like expression on his face

Flynn blinked a bit in surprise at the male's enthusiasm as the male let him go and moved off the bed. But not before grabbing the brunette's hand and pulling him off of the bed to follow him. Seemed like that the ice cream and movie trick worked fabulously. "I thought you would."

Tadashi kept holding Flynn's hand even in the other room, where he recovered two ice cream sanditches from his mini-refrigerator: he let go of his hand only when they sat down on the couch together, nomming on the ice creams, while Tadashi used his power to put the dvd in the dvd reader and play it. As the movie started, once again he made himself more comfortable on the couch, curling up next to Flynn and resting his head on his chest. It was so terribly comfortable: with Flynn being bigger than him and than his female friends, it was so much more comfortable to curl up next to him...
Movie, Ice cream, he and Flynn... it was weird but now, with such a relaxed and simple set up, he was having more fun than he did at the date! It was again just he himself and another person, but it felt so much different... but could it count like a date too since it was only he and Flynn? No, no, that was stupid... no more dates for him after all, and he didn't have any of the things Flynn had described... but then... then why his heart was beating faster now?
