Room C-021: Introductions (with Luca and Onceler)

John had to stop himself from checking out every location he saw. Everything was so interesting but his baggage was getting too heavy that he just had to drop his stuff off first at least. His luggage was different, to say the least. He had brought a regular suitcase full of clothes and essentials, but he had a separate luggage full of just stuff. Not sure exactly what he would need when he came here, John decided it'd just be best to bring almost everything--from cooking pots to duct tape to even juggling balls. You never know right? It's always good to be prepared for everything, that was his philosophy.

After the EVE bot showed him to his room and left, John entered. The room was a little small but cozy. But if anything, he could just make it bigger if he shrunk. That thought made him smile and he put his luggage down and marched on over to take a comfortable seat on the couch. "Ahh, welcome home," he smiled to himself. It seemed like he was early since he was the first one in--which he preferred. It's not that he didn't like having roommates, he was pretty used to it since he had shared a room with his younger brother for many years. He just hoped that they weren't messy.

"I wouldn't say that yet. Well for me that is. Although this place seems pretty amazing already!" A voice exclaimed from the young male with wild-like hair standing in the doorway. The male wore jeans that looked a bit old and shredded on the knees and a simple brown tank top. He had been forced to put on the tank top due to the constant nagging from the Eve bot. It didn't really faze him that much. It was just that it seemed that others were being annoyed by the robot following him and going over and over about him putting a shirt on.

Luca gave the other male on the couch a eager wave and delighted grin, as he walked into the room with a suitcase and a doufle bag. "I can't wait to explore this place! What about you?" he asked in a curious tone as he sat his bags near the desk closest to the door. The perfect spot for him since he was on the go alot. After doing such, Luca walked straight back over to the unknown male and held out his hand quickly. "Luca Matthews. I'll be living here with you and our other roommate from now on." He introduced himself to the male with a warm grin.

Onceler didn't need a suitcase for his things. He had learnt to live witht the minimum so he didn't had a lot of things. Inside the backpack he was carrying over his back he had all his clothing, some animals book he had bought during the last few years and an extra-big-bad of marshmellows. When he entered to the room he found the two boys that would be his new roomates. " Hey guys!" He looked around trying to find the nearer bed to the window. "My name is Onceler. Nice to meet you. Did you already pick up the beds?" He asked unsure where to put his stuff.

John raised his head to see where the loud voice had come from. The male might have looked a little scruffy at first sight, but he seemed friendly. "Home for me is wherever I've got a nice bed and good food." John chimed contently as he grinned back to Luca. He stood up from the couch and shook the hand he offered. "John Beckett. Pleased to meet you." As if on cue, their last roommate showed up at the door.
"Not yet. You're right on time." Walking towards him, he held his hand out for him to shake. "I'm John. If you guys have preferences over the beds, you can go ahead and choose. I can sleep anywhere." He said with a friendly smile. He was the kind of person that could lay down anywhere comfortable and fall asleep within seconds.

Onceler nodded and threw his bag into the nearest bed to the window. He wasn't use to have roomates that were humans so Onceler wasn't sure how to act towards them. Johns seemed pretty relaxed and open to anything and the other guy, well he seemed he was the kind go guy that enjoyed nature as well. "Well..." he took off his hat and sat on the bed. "I just want to ask you something that is really important: Does any of you is allergic or frighten by any kind of animal?" Better be safe than sorry.

Luca glanced behind his shoulder at their other roommate who appeared in the doorway, shaking his head at the male. "I don't mind which bed I sleep in. So the choice is yours." Luca remarked out to the male. "Nice to meet you Onceler. I'm Luca Matthews." He watched as the male sat his bag on one of the beds and sat down on the bed before asking them about theirs reactions to animals. He shook his head, replying, "I have no problems with animals. No allergies whatsoever either."

"Animals?" John repeated, his head poking up. He had been placing his bag on the desk in between the other ones while listening to their conversation. While he liked pets and all, they could leave big messes. Even though he could normally be pretty calm, he had always been a little anal about cleaning. "Nothing from me, what type of animals are we talking about?"

"Cool." He said at the response of Luca. "Nothing big." He answered to John that seemed a little worried about the animals. "It's just that sometimes animals tend to get attached and it would be weird if one day I appear with a bird following me or something like that." In fact it wasn't unusuL. Back at his home his house was always full with the animals that followed him and he even had some beds for them. "Of course if a lion is following I don't think the robots are going to let it get even near of the doorms." He joked.

"So I guess that you must really attract animals to you." Luca commented as he tilted his head, giving the male a curious stare. "That would be a bit cool about the lion though," he grinned lightly at the thought of a lion coming into their room. Although the male was right about the Eve bots. If they forced him to wear a tank top, then they'd stop a lion from following the guy before him.

"So what about you guys?" He asked curiosuly as he looked over his two new roomates. "Do I have to fear one of you can burn the room down or maybe see my stuff flying around?" He asked part joking and part serious. He already knew a girl that could turn things on fire and he couldn't afford taking chances.

John smiled to Onceler about his comment on the lion. It was a funny joke but he tended to be a worrywart at times so he couldn't help but kept that in the back of his mind.
"Well for me at least there isn't much to worry about. I don't think I could do much harm in this room. Unless I decide to break through the ceiling or something." He said with a small laugh, feeling a little timid all of a sudden. "I can uh, change my size. Like growing or shrinking. It's nothing fancy, only really comes in handy if I can't reach something or if there's a giant monster I need to wrestle." He joked as he shrugged his shoulders. He was kind of embarrassed about his power in a sense but he tried his best to hide it. He had grown up with a mother and all of his siblings having Super Intellect, and well he was... completely different. He always pushed himself to work really hard because of that feeling of inadequacy.

Luca slightly rubbed the back of his head sheepishly at the male's question, giving the male a light grin. "Well you don't really have to worry. As long as I keep using my powers frequently that is." He paused for a moment before adding, "I'm a fire user." The brunette then glanced over at John, tilting his head a bit in a curious way. "Really? That's pretty awesome! So you got a neat control over it?" Luca asked the male.

"By a good control I guess you could say that you both won't need to worry about roof damage anytime soon. It took a long time though, but I did a lot of research." He had a very good control over his power and usually when he wanted to change size, he did. John spent more time studying Molecular Biology than he actually spent using his power; he was a very "by the book" kind of person.

"Enough about me though, you're a fire user? Can you create fires out of thin air or manipulate existing ones?" John asked in interest. He hadn't ever met anybody that could manipulate the elements before so it was a completely different playing field. But then again, he hadn't really met too many other people with special abilities until today.

Onceler looked at John and smiled at him. "That is so cool John!" He said truthful as he thought about all the possibilities that power could give. It had to be fun to be huge or so small like an ant at your own will. Then he turned towards Luca. "Well, I think I will have trust you." He said joking.

Luca nodded his head in agreement with Onceler before turning his gaze back onto John. "Both actually. Although controlling fire that I manipulate out of the air is still a bit tricky." Luca answered the male with a sheepish smile before glancing over at Onceler. "Don't worry, I'm an easy person to trust."
