Leon can move superfast, you can't even see him if he set out to be invisible for you.

Personality:
He's really cool and distante, sometimes even cold-hearted and does not really care for others or their feelings. Even if he doesn't bound with many people, he really thinks friendships are important and wants to keep the ones he has. If you are once in his heart, you have a place in it forever, but it's really difficult to get in there.

Story:
When Leon was only 13, he ran away from home, where his parents had kept on pushing him to many things he didn't want to and to be someone he just wasn't. They had been afraid that someone could notice that Leon was 'different', so they had hidden him away from the world outside and had forbidden him to ever use his power. One day, after another fight with both of them, he couldn't take it anymore and left. He had to live some months on the street, what worked out really well, because he could easily steal things because of his power. But one day he stole from the wrong person. It was Stan, the head of a  criminal empire. Against Leon's thoughts, he didn't kill him, but welcomed him as a new member of his workers. Leon didn't really see a problem in working for Stan, so he agreed and lived and worked from there on for him.
Many years went by and Leon got part of the inner circle of Stan's confidantes. He didn't really enjoy working for him, but also didn't mind to do so, he was just like a loyal solider and did what he was asked to do without questioning. It was the easiest way to live. When Stan got killed by some stranger, Leon took the chance and left. He didn't really have a  reason to do so, he just felt like he wanted a change. So it was fortune, that he noticed one of Elite's flyers when he was walking through  the streets. He decided to go there, he didn't mind for what side he was working anyways, so why not the good side this  time? They offered  the best training one could wish for and there was always something more to learn.

Extra:
Leon has a huge knowledge of different types of weapons and is really skilled in using them and also in fighting.
Since Nolan and Reno had worked in the same milieu, he knows them already and is friends with them.
