Cute Accessories {Tag:Cleo}

Kadaj was walking quietly around the shopping district, donning cuter clothes than usual. She was wearing a knee length black dress with silver leggings and knee high black boots. Her usual pair of black gloves hid within the outfit, not easily noticeable with the long sleeves. She hadn't come to the shopping area before so she was getting her bearings more than looking for anything in particular.

Cleo twirled in front of the mirror, enjoying how the dress fit. With training going better than she'd expected, she felt it'd be nice to treat herself. Satisfied, she paid for it and ported it back into her room to be stored later. It was wonderful being able to do that so openly around the island.
As she stepped outside, she saw out of the corner of her eye that someone was wandering around a bit aimlessly. They looked a little lost.

"Excuse me, miss, do you need help finding something?" Cleo asked as she walked over. Despite it not being a long time since first arriving, Cleo had quickly acquainted herself with the layout of the island. Who better to help with directions?

Kadaj blinked in surprise at the girl approaching her, mind going blank for a moment before she shook her head. "No, I was just getting to know the area, that's all." She fidgeted with the end of her sleeve, looking at the girl through her bangs. She felt a pang of nervousness as she took in her made up appearance; girls like this had given her trouble when she'd first started transitioning and it still stuck with her a bit.

Well, that went much better than the last time she reached out to someone! Smiling, Cleo nodded and said, "Alright, just making sure. I know it was a bit overwhelming for me the first time I came here." The girl seemed a bit nervous though. Maybe she still hadn't settled into island life yet? Training might've been going rough for her, too. "Bit of a warning, though: the food court is packed right now, so it's best to avoid it for the time being." She added, porting her bottle of water from her fridge and taking a sip. "It's unreal. Practically had to fight my way out."

Some of her nervousness eased as the girl kept talking amiably, a slight smile touching her lips. "That's good to know," she chuckled, making a mental note on that. "I'm not fond of crowds so probably best to avoid it." Her turquoise eyes curiously took in the girl's power as she tucked some of her bangs behind her ear. It wasn't all that effective though, a lot still falling back in her eyes.
