Swimming! {TAG: Flynn}

It had been a few days since Tadashi's first date had ended up in a miserable failure: Tadashi didn't take it too well, but Flynn had been so terribly nice to him and after he had comforted him the failure of the date had been only a bad memory and nothing else. Actually... after Flynn had cheered him up... he had been unusually happy. He had watched another couple of movies with Flynn, usually being only the two of them, and he started enjoying the male's company quite a lot. He was making another male friend! Although... it was really different from the relationship he had with Reno... and there were some things... some things he tried to ignore... but they were still there... and he was just so confused...
Beside watching movies with Flynn, his life had been pretty much all study, training and videogames. In Flynn's opinion, this couldn't be healthy, so he had managed convincing Tadashi to follow him to the pool: Tadashi wasn't even sure why he had accepted, he didn't like physical activities (except running, that was nice), and the water was always too cold for him, and he didn't like staying half naked, just with a swimsuite... but still, when Flynn had asked, he had said yes... now they were in the pool, it was just the two of them, Tadashi was just trying to convince himself to get rid of the bathrobe and remain in his black boxers, but that wasn't exactly easy to do, especially cause it was quite cold for his taste...

Flynn had decided to drag Tadashi out of the room today to the indoor pool that the island had at the recreation center. Thinking that it would be good relief for the other male to get away from staying inside so much and from studying. But it didn't look like the male was comfortable. He was still in his bathrobe as well! While Flynn was already out in his dark green boxers. And very much ready to jump in the pool. "You know you can't go in the pool in the robe, dashi." Flynn remarked out to the male, freezing a bit as the nickname slipped out his mouth. And now he awaited for the male to say something about it.

Dashi... as he heard Flynn call him again with such a familiar nickname his heart skip a beat and for a split of a second he was unable to breath, but those were reactions Flynn probably couldn't notice. "m-mhm..." Tadashi simply nodded a moment later, finally but slowly getting rid of the robe and approaching Flynn, now shaking lightly for the cold while hugging himself and fractioning his arms, trying to help himself with the cold. Only then he stole a glance at Flynn's body in just the green boxers and, for some weird reason... he felt himself blushing again and he had to look down. Now Flynn could even easily think he was just embarrassed, which was partially true but... it had nothing to do with the blushing...

Flynn tilted his head a bit at the male, his eyes roaming over the male as he got rid of the bathrobe. The male was his roommate, but that didn't mean he couldn't admire the male. He quickly glanced away when he noticed that he was staring for too long. Although that didn't stop him from noticing the male's blushing. Oh! So he wasn't the only one who was taking a few peeks as well? That made him feel a bit better. "Are you alright?" he commented as he went to the edge of the pool at the low feet end.

Tadashi was quite a skinny and small boy, but for a geek he wasn't even that bad: one could say that his body fit his cute and puppy like personality... Flynn, on the other hand... well, Tadashi had never had any interest in staring at other people, boys and girls alike, but... Flynn's chest surely did look strong and handsome... the only thought of being able to think such a thing made him bush even more, luckily Flynn's words managed to distract him "Ah... uhm... i-it's... cold..." he replied shyly, approaching Flynn but obviously not too eager to get in the pool himself

Flynn chuckled softly at the male's comment, nodding his head a bit in agreement. "Cold, yet refreshing," he remarked out as he dipped into the water slowly before glancing up at the male as he got deeper into the water. "You can always jump in cannonball, although in the deep end. So the cold won't bother you as much." Flynn paused for a moment before holding up his hand to the male, adding, "Or you could do like what I did."

Cold yet refreshing? He could disagree with that... It was chilling cold in his opinion and just the idea of doing a cannon ball... nope nope nope! He vigorously shook his head at the suggestion, still trying to get warmer by hugging himself. And then... then Flynn stretched a hand toward him, inviting him to join him. The answer was obvious: no! No he was barely fine where he was so when he opened his mouth he knew what he was going to say "o-ok..." WHAT? where did that come from??? He had no idea but he found himself walking toward Flynn and stretching his hand to get Flynn's hand, feeling a chill trough his spine as he touched him... but that surely was because of the cold water, right?

Flynn's eyes glittered dangerously with amusement as he grasped a hold of the male's hand, glad to hear the male's answer. He waited for the male to walk more into the water, but still not much progress. "so you're coming in? Or do I have to pull you in? Don't think that I won't," Flynn smirked lightly as he tilted his head up at the other male. He was that bold.

As Flynn grasped his hand Tadashi could feel his heart beat even faster, and he could pretend all he wanted that it was because of the water but the truth was that the touch of the guy was making him feel like never before. He took another small step in the water, shivering (and this time it was actually for the fold water) when Flynn threatened him to pull him. Instinctively he stopped, wide eyes openes looking alarmed at Flynn "y-you wouldn't..." he stuttered, almost regretting to have taken his hand... just almost..

Flynn devilishly smirked up at the male, tilting his head to the side as he gave the male a playful look. "Don't tempt me, because I definitely would." he chuckled a bit, tugging a bit at the male's hand slightly, to make his threat very much clear. His little threat was definitely sounding pretty funny and entertaining right now to him. So the other male better make his mind up, or the illusionist was definitely going to pull him in.

As Flynn tugged a bit at his hand, making him have to step forward a bit, Tadashi finally started moving again, but slowly, really slowly "But yhe water it's so cold!" He complained, whining a bit: the water wasn't actually so cold, but it was for him, he wasn't used to stay in cold environments!

Flynn sighed softly before giving the male a sharp playful grin. "Well I did warn you..." he remarked lowly before tugging at the male's hand, jerking the other male into the water very much quickly. "It's refreshing though!" he exclaimed, laughing a bit in amusement, wondering if the male would look like a wet puppy.

Tadashi was moving, slowly, but he was moving, so he didn't think that Flynn had any reason now to apply his threat... he was very much wrong. All of a sudden Flynn grinned saying how he had warned him and next thing he knew he found himself completely submerged in that (for him) terribly cold water! By instinct, the first thing he did was trying to escape the water, looking (yup, you guessed right!) exactly like a wet puppy trying to escape from the water. And what was the best way to do so? Instinctively, he clung on Flynn, wrapping an arm around his neck and another around his back. He realised what he had just done only after he was already wrapped around the other male, their almost naked and wet bodies touching each others, Tadashi's head once again inches away from Flynn's head...
All of a sudden Tadashi's heart started beating like crazy while he found himself unable to breath and the sensation of butterflies in his stomach was so strong it almost made him want to puke! He didn't even manage to look up at Flynn, he stared down at the water, drowning in that sensations never experienced before, while his cheeks heated up reaching the colour of a ripe tomato...
"Y-you d-d-didn't play f-fair! I-I was w-w-walking!" he managed to stutter in a whiney voice when he realised that time was passing and that he was being awfully and awkwardly quiet.

Flynn chuckled in amusement as his prediction was right! The male looked so much like a wet puppy! But damn, the male was flailing around alot, and in shallow water! But soon enough to Flynn surprise, the male had actually latched onto him. But he wasn't complaining, the male looked cute to him. And his cheeks were as red as a tomatoe! "You were going to slow," Flynn grinned drvilishly down at the male in amusement.

Tadashi gulped, trying to focus on what to do: it felt like his heart was beating so fast it was preventing his brain from thinking straight... hell, it beat to fast he was scared Flynn could notice it, seeing how close they were... but he couldn't stay in that position, clung on Flynn: as he realised he had been clinging on him for far more time than necessary he became even more red than he already was and quickly and awkwardly he stepped back, managing to stand on his own feet now. Weirdly enough, he almost didn't notice anymore how could the water was "C-cheater..." he replied sticking out his tongue to him.

Flynn quirked an eyebrow as the male still kept clinging to him for some odd reason in the water. He'd understand if they had been in the deep end, but in shallow water? Not so much. He definitely didn't mind the male clinging to him, but if he stayed any longer...there would definitely be another reason for the male's blushing. Finally the male had pulled away from the brunette who just gave him an amused smirk. "I'd rather call what I did...giving you a little pull in the right direction." he chuckled a bit, snickering slightly as the male stuck his tongue out at him.

Tadashi sticked out again his tongue to Flynn. Right direction, yeah right... if the right direction was ending up clinging on him for several minutes... Now Tadashi couldn't even look at Flynn in the eyes for how embarrassed he was! And his mind kept playing weird tricks on him, while his heart kept beating so terribly fast... Still, the coldness of the water finally caught up with him and soon enough he was shaking like a leaf, once again trying to warm himself hugging himself but it wasn't like that gave great results...

Flynn furrowed his eyebrows as the male kept on averting his gaze from him. Why was the male so nervous? Had the male acrually upset the puppy or something? Soon enough those thoughs were swept away when tadashi began shivering in the water. "Come on, you need to swim a bit to get used to the water." Flynn remark to the male as he swam back over to the male.

As Flynn swam back next to him, Tadashi found himself holding his breath, surprisingly wishing for Flynn to come even closer. Like he did when he pretended to want to kiss him... geez why did his heart keep beating like that??? And the butterflies in his stomach had turned into a tornado!!! And all of a sudden Flynn's words back when he had comforted him after his date with Xion came back into his mind...
'your heart will definitely beat faster when you see the person, talk to them, or even hear someone mention that certain person... you'll definitely feel butterflies in your stomach... You want to be by that person, be with them most of the time...' did he want to be with Flynn most of his time? No, no of course no... but... he did feel so much happier when he was with him lately... even if it was a weird happy... and he did wait for him to come back in their room every day... 'You'll seriously have the urge to know everything about the person...' that was preposterous! Well... yeah, he did google up Flynn's name, hacking his school's site and stuffs just to gains some infos and check some photos... but that was just out of curiosity! I-It just happened that Flynn was more interesting than Reno... right? 'You'll want to kiss the person...' Again, the image of Flynn teasing him by pretending to kiss him formed up in his mind and, to his utter shock... he actually did wish for Flynn to kiss him! That felt like being punched right in his stomach. Did he really... did he really like Flynn? That couldn't be... he... he just couldn't handle this... he was still shaking for the cold when Flynn suggested him to swim. With a simple nod, not even caring anymore of the cold water, he moved quickly away from the other male and started swimming toward the deeper water, hoping that doing so his mind would stop forming up such impossible thoughts!

Once he got next to the other male, Flynn furrowed his eyebrows as there was only silence between the two. Like the other male was completely submerged in his thoughts. He tilted his head at the male, reaching out to tap the male on the shoulder to get his attention. But before he could do so, Tadashi had suddenly nodded and quickly moved away from him. Then started to quickly swim out towards the deeper water, causing Flynn to frown a bit at this reaction. "Oi! Did I say something to piss you off or something?" he called out to the male, swimming after the male with ease. The damn puppy better not tire himself out quickly, especially when he was getting close to the deeper water.

When Tadashi heard Flynn's voice calling for him he had already reached the deeper part of the pool, but he stopped anyway, turning toward the male that, to his surprise, had followed him and once again was not far from him. Damn, again with the butterflies and the heart beating faster! And what was worse... he still wanted more, he wanted to get closer... no no no, focus! As Tadashi focused on Flynn's question, he tilted his head in a surprised and puzzled expression "N-no! Not at all! W-why would you think that...?"

Finally the other male had stopped in the deep area of the pool, swimming around and looking a bit surprised to see that Flynn had followed him. Was it really that surprising? The male was acting a bit strange, stranger than usual. "Kind of feels like you're trying to avoid me," Flynn remarked out bluntly, quirking an eyebrow at the male. The puppy seemed more at ease with their red headed roommate for some odd reason. And that seriously did sort of irked him.

Avoid him? No he wasn't trying to do such a thing! Or... maybe he was? He did try not to think of him... but he wished to spend all time with him, possibly tangled up on him as bef-nop, dangerous thoughts! And he was only confusing himself more... in the end he shook his head, frowning "I-I'm not... I-I think... I'm just t-tired after training... that's it..." great, another lie! and a pretty convincing one for his standards! That brought his list up from 2 to 4 in just a couple of days... that was depressing... he just... he just had no idea how to act around Flynn anymore! Interacting with people had never been an easy task to him, now it was becoming impossible!!!

Flynn tilted his head to the side a bit as the male seemed to be lost in his thoughts for a moment until finally shaking his head and responding. "Is that so?" he questioned the male, giving him a disbelieving look. "Is your trainer that hard on you? Mine just keeps being a grouch and calling me illusionist two," he remarked with a light shrug of his shoulders a bit. The other male's answer had been very much easy to see through, already giving Flynn the suspicion that the male was lying to him.

Flynn's disbelieving look made Tadashi quite want to stop swimming and just tel himself drawn in the bottom of the pool. All of a sudden, his heart fell so terribly heavy... ok, that was a lie but... was that really so easy to read? "I-it's not the t-trainer..." he started, looking down "I-I just train o-on my own... we d-do have the possibility... a-and there is s-so much we can d-do..." he stuttered, and this time he was actually being honest: that wasn't the reason he was behaving so weirdly now, but he surely was tiring himself out training himself as much as he could, trying every machine, reading every book...
