Room C-022: Googling up what to do on a date {TAG Reno and Flynn}

After the meeting with Xion, Tadashi had rushed back to his room looking quite flustered. A date! He couldn't believe it! And he had even accepted to go!!! He was so tense that he hadn't even stopped to think anymore if he actually liked Xion (and he find her cute and interesting, for that matter, even if he had known her just for 5 minutes or so!), the problem was simply that he had to go on a date! He was so tense and nervous even his stomach totally closed up and he couldn't even manage to eat his favorite icecream. Instead, taking advantage of the fact he was alone in the room, he sat on the sofa with his macbook floating in front of him and, taking a deep breath, googled up 'what to do on a date'. The results where so many and so confusing...they spaced from holding hands to 'never let your date pay', from 'pick a nice place' to 'keep the conversation going', from 'kiss her goodnight' to 'how to make sex on the first date'. This last thing made him blush terribly hard and he was so embarrassed he had to look away from the screen...

A low humming was then heard coming from the bathroom. The water that had been running now shut off, and then someone singing in a not so quiet or discreet manner now being clearly more heard than before. The door to the bathroom was kicked open, revealing the newly showered redhead currently singing his heart out. "-I need a gun 'cos all I do is dance~! 'Cos all I do is dance-" Who immediately stopped singing once he noticed 'his' couch was occupied. "Yo, wazzup puppy," he greeted casually, wrapping the towel around his waist before heading to their bedroom, continuing with the song while looking for his clothes. Soon enough he walked back out and slumped down on the couch beside his roommate, smiling lazily at him. He opened his mout as if to say something, only to hesiate a moment. And then a devilsh smirk spread across his face. "So who's the lucky guy~?" he snickerd, obviously having seen what exactly Tadashi was looking up.

Tadashi had been so tense and so sure nobody was there he really hadn't noticed the noise of the water running, nor the low singing in the background. Only when the water was shut off and the singing became more evident he realised he wasn't alone and in fact, just a few seconds after, Reno opened the bathroom's door and... was he naked? Tadashi didn't allow himself to check twice, turning away his already red face "H-hey Reno..." he stuttered lowly, his voice and expression so evidently betraying his embarrassment. As Reno opened the door he closed his pc, not really wanting to share his research, but as soon as Reno left the room and got in the bedroom he opened it again, thinking it was safe to continue scrolling the internet... It obviously wasn't: when Reno was back, shortly after, and took place next to him, he didn't have enough time to close all the windows and hide his research. Reno managed to see pretty clearly what he was looking for... Tadashi's face, who was finally starting to go back to his normal color, became once again as red as a tomato. He looked down, quite tempted to leave already, but when Reno asked that question he frowned: guy? Why would he think it was a guy? "I-it's... it's... a girl..." he peeped in reply, not really offended, just slightly surprised he would think he was into guys...

Reno blinked at this, expression going completley blank. THe only hint to him beign a bit surprised was the way his quirked one eyebrow. "...seriously?" he asked, clearly not beliving the guy at first, but eventually just shrugged. Reno was so sure that Tadashi was into guys. Well, apparnetly he hans't realsied it himself yet. "Well alright then, whatever ya say," he snickerd, and focused back onto what tadashi was reading. "Geez, it's like litsening to a cry for a help," he couldn't help but laugh as he scanned over the 'how to make sex on the first date'. He could so not pictyre Tadashi being one to move fast. Especially with a girl. This puppy is way to inncoent for his own good...
"Ok, first off; googling on what to do on a date, is the first step of it all being a failure," he grinned, still trying to contain his laughter. "And secondly; you need to relax. You're not going out to war or preparing yousrelf to die. Well, that kind of depends on the person you're going out with, maybe he- I mean she likes it it crazy and bloody?" he trailed off off in thought.

Was Reno just mocking him with his 'dating guys' thing? He wasn't sure... but he couldn't be sure of the contrary either... He shifted uncomfortably on the couch, looking down and not realising a couple of pages were still open on the macbook. One, especially, he even opened by mistake cause it just said 'how to make your first date special' only to then reveal it was about sex. He surely didn't want to go there: he had never done that before but he really didn't feel the need to, and he surely didn't need the pressure! As reno commented he looked up, finally noticing what page was still open and his face got, if possible, even redded while he shut his computer closed and sent it flying quickly on his desk. Something told him it would be no use to tell Reno that he didn't mean to open that page... And... relax? How could he rela- crazy and bloody? Tadashi opened wide his eyes staring at Reno with a terrified expression: why? Did people like that exist???

Reno had drifted off into recalling some of his own so called 'dates', which is why he brought up the whole crazy and violent types. Obviously, not the best thing to say to someone who's never even been on a (normal) date before. He watched with amusment as Tadahsi closed the computer and sent flying over to his desk, biting his tounge to hold back another laughter. "Holy shit, you look like you're about explode or soemthing," he couldn't help but comment at younger male's red face, almsot a little concerned for a koment there. Was it even possible to get that read? It was strating to look like his hair. "No but seriously, you ned to RELAX," he repeated, throwing an arm around Tadashi's shoulder and pulling the younger back so he was fully leaning on the couch. "Before you faint, i'm starting to get a little worried here," he added, flicking Tadahis on the nose. "Ok, now that your full attention, lest just sit down and relax, breathe in, breathe out, there we go. So," Reno gave him a serious look. "Have you ever even kissed anyone?"

Tadashi couldn't be more embarrassed and ashamed and Reno's teasing, even if for the male's standards was probably even light and with good intentions, still didn't help much. When the guy forced him to lean back, on the spot Tadashi tried to wriggle away, unsuccessfully, but then, after a little time, he actually started relaxing a little bit, breathing in and out as Reno was suggesting. Pity that, as soon as the boy asked him that question, he tensed up once again, looking everywhere but at Reno while, after a quite long time, he muttered shyly "No... I-I never... never kissed a-anyone...."

As Flynn got back from the supermarket, he headed to his room's door and started to reach out and open the door. But paused immediately as he heard a few words being said behind the door. What was this about kissing? Flynn thought in confusement, before a Cheshire cat grin spreaded crreped along his lips in amusement as he stared at the door with a curious gaze. He took this moment at Tadashi answer to open the door and walk in with a handful of bags. "What's. This I hear about kissing," he asked out in a teasing tone, his eyes glimmering with interest as he gazed over at the two m~ales. His eyebrow though quirked at the sight of Reno on the couch with a blushing Tadashi, in only a towel."...Did I come in at a bad time?" He questioned the male's with.a confused expression. He walked in on his sister and Reno. Now both of his roommates?

Reno didn't even blink at Tadashi's shy reply, just heave dout a sigh with a look of pitty in his eyes. "Tthe worst part is, I'm not even surprised," he snickerd, poking the other on the cheek. "Not even a bit," he went on. His attention moved over to the door as he heard it open, greeting their thrid roommate with a short and simple 'Yo', before turning back to the still blushing male at his side. Seriously, that couldn't be healthy...
"Actually, you came at the perfect timing, Mr. Cockblocker," Reno grinned a little too happily at Flynn's question. "The puppy is about to go on his firstdate ever, and for some reason thought it was best to turn to google for advice," he explained quickly, his grin turning wicked as he focused back on the 'puppy' at his side. "So I decided to be nice and help out, before he faints that is. What were we tlaking about again? Or right, tounge wrestling." He shifted a bit on the couch until he along with his company were facing each other. "I'd be happy to 'practice' with you."

Tadashi didn't even manage to look at Reno in the eyes when he even teased him about the fact he had never given his first kiss. And then, as he wasn't being humiliated enough... Flynn crossed the door!!! And obviously Reno felt the need to explain everything!!! Saying he was red now was an euphemism: his cheeks looked like ripe cherries!!! He just wanted the couch to swallow him, if only he could disappear... and instead no, he was stuck there at Reno's mercy and possibly even Flynn's! And then... if all of that wasn't enough... Reno actually suggested to practice kissing with him!!! All the light bulbs in the room burned out with a flash, cause his tension just reached that level, and he just couldn't stay there anymore: as quickly as he could he wriggled away from the sofa and moved toward the door.

His eyebrow raised at the nickname given to him by the red head, making Flynn shake his head in disbelief. "You know. I've lost count how many times I've been called that by those flirting with my sister." Flynn shrugged his shoulders a bit before turning his complete attention onto Tadashi, as he listened to Reno's explanation. "You went to google? Oh please don't tell me that you tried wikipedia or some shit along those lines." he groaned in dismay, not really understanding to why the male did so. "I know you're a tech person and such. But to turn to a computer for dating tips? Come on now." Flynn sighed lightly, shaking his head in a disapproving manner. Hazel eyes quickly flitted over to Reno at his suggestion of practicing, commenting "Oh? Didn't think you swung both ways. And is he about to burst?" He pointed out how red in the face the other male was, so close to red head's color!

Suddenly all the lights in the room burned out and Flynn could hear footsteps coming towards him, most likely heading for the door. "Where do you think you're going?" he remarked out as his eyes glowed a light purple color, and a ball of purple light revolved towards and around Tadashi, giving Flynn enough light to see the male and stop him by wrapping an arm around the male's shoulders. Keeping him firmly in place.

"Oh it's got nothing to do with your lovely sister, you just look like a cockblocker," Reno deadpanned, still with that all too cheerful smile on his face. "Is it a normal occurrence for you to walk in on her having her way with others? You seem far to used to it, lucky bastard," he added the last part more to himself than Flynn.
He gave a shrugg. "I'm definitely more into girls, but there are always exceptions. And besides, it's only kissing," he said offhandedly. "Don't get your hopes up though Flynnie, you're not my type."
Reno tried to stiffle his laughter when Flynn began asking Tadashi pretty much the same questions he had, so tempted to bring up what kind of page he had caught the poor guy reading upon. But if he did, the pup maybe really would burst. He looked all to close to haveing a breakdown. Before the redhead could respond, it was all light bulbs in the room instead that burst, and Reno could no longer hold in his laughter as Tadashi stumbled away from the couch in hopes of escaping.
"Nice catch," he snickerd as he got up and wlake dover to the other two, throign one arm around Tadashi's shoulder as well, resulting in the poor guy now being caught in between. "So anyway, back on topic. How to solve this little problem of yours~?"

Tadashi barely listened to the little conversation between Reno and Flynn, quite too focused on his own problem in that moment and hoping only in vain that they would keep talking to each others and forget about him. Obviously he was hoping for too much, since Flynn 'scolded' him about the same things Reno did, but to be honest his only regret was to have checked google in his room... if he had gone somewhere else maybe now he wouldn't be in such a situation!
As the light bulb burned out he ran away from the sofa, hearing to Reno's laughter that made him even more embarrassed: the tent on the window was closed so the room was pretty much in the dark but he remembered where to go and he had almost reached the door when suddenly a ball of purple light started circling around him, quite scaring him almost to death and making him stop for enough time to be caught by Flynn. He realised only then that those two knew quite everything by then about his power, but he didn't even know what their powers were... but he didn't have time to focus on that: any attempt he made to wriggle away was pretty useless and he found himself stuck so close to Flynn, Flynn's arm around his shoulder... and for some weird reason he recalled how, in their last meeting, he had called him Dashi... but, again, he couldn't focus much on that either cause soon enough Reno was by his other side, throwing an arm around his shoulder again so that now Tadashi was trapped between the two guys.
"I don't wanna go on the date anymore..." Tadashi whined lowly, looking down, hiss cheeks still red.

Flynn rolled his eyes over at Reno,giving the male an amused smirk."Just for those trying to get with my sister." He was a slightly bit itked by that overly cheerful smile. "It is unfortunately.And how am I lucky?" Flynn didn't want to see some guy getting almost lucky with his sister. He then scoffed a bit, eying the redhead with a disbelieving expression. "You're my sister's type, not mine."
Flynn glanced down at the male with his light purple eyes, quirking an eyebrow at Tadashi's whining. "Oh come on now. No need to change your mind so quickly." He paused for a moment before remarking, "oh yes, how should we help you?"

Reno snorted at Tadashi's whine, snatching off his cap and placing it on his own head. "Oh puppy don't be like that, nobody likes a quiter," he teased, gently begining to lead him back towards the couch. "And besides, now that you got both of your experinced roommates here, there's no way you'd leave this room unprepared," he grinned wickedly down at the smaller male, who was still trapped under his arm. "You're finally becoming a man pup, don't waste this chance~"
With that said and determined look (mixed with a heavy dose of micheif), Reno pushed Tadashi back on the couch, giving him a thoughtful look before turning his head to look at Flynn. "Any ideas? If we're not careful all of our tech stuff will burst along with him."

As Flynn asked how he and Reno could help him while Reno pushed him back toward the couch, Tadashi frowned replying almost in an angry tone "You don't want to help me! You just want to tease me more!" But most likely he wasn't angry, only a bit scared and quite a lot embarrassed, his cheeks still hadn't gone back to their normal color.

The brunette chuckled a bit at the male's comment of them being the experienced roommates, which was ultimately true. His eyebrows quirked up a bit at the mention of their tech stuff bursting, glancing over at Reno. "Oh great, we got to be that careful? Besides he already looks like he's going to burst already..." he groaned in dismay before turning his hazel eyes back onto Tadashi.
Flynn shrugged his shoulders a bit as he stared down at Tadashi, giving him a sly smirk as many ideas crossed through his mind. "A little bit of both actually," he snickered in a teasing, blunt tone. Flynn just couldn't help but want to tease the blushing male. Tadashi was just so easy to tease and his reactions were priceless and cute! Who could resist such? "Got any ideas for a date idea? Besides...don't think he's going to get that far, Reno."

"Oh puppy, of course we want to help you," Reno reassured, although the grin on his face wasn't exactly what one would call reassuring. "The teasing is just a bonus. For us two, that is," he added, gesturing to himself and Flynn as he said this. He hummed to himself, as if in deep thought after Flynn asked for ideas. "Oh come on, have a little faith in the pup. All he needs is to relax and stop panicing at every seconds. He must've done something right for the guy-girl, I mean 'girl' to ask him out," he smiled. "Ok let's see, date ideas... what kind of gu-GIRL, is this person?"

He frowned pouting as both the guys admitted they wanted to tease him, even though they still kept saying that they wanted to help him. Tadashi then looked down before he brought his knees to his chest, hugging his legs, it didn't really matter if his feet were on the couch now, who was gonna complain after all? Well... he actually didn't know the first thing about dating and Flynn and Reno did know a lot... he wasn't so sure they would be better than google, google at least wouldn't have judged or teased him, but they didn't seem to have any intention to let him go, so... but Reno had to stop with that guy-teasing!
"Stop calling her a guy! It's a girl! Her name is Xion!" he peeped almost angrily before he decided to continue and let them know: after all... it couldn't really hurt, could it? "I don't know... I only know she likes my videos and has panamnesia as power..." he mentioned his videos casually, forgetting he didn't mention with either of them that he was the 'famous internet guy' that made videos they only kinda heard about...
"I said something like that with her power she can beat me at videogames, we thought about going to the arcade and she suggested a pizza place..."

Flynn raised an eyebrow at Reno, wondering to why the male kept almost saying guy, but corrected himself correctly with saying girl. "Are you having problems with saying girl or something? Or am I missing something here?" And then at Tadashi's angry outburst, Flynn took the hint that Reno was teasing the male about the sex of Tadashi's date. Flynn was a bit surprised that it was a girl. But more surprised that the male had a date, since he seemed to get flustered and embarrassed about quite alot. Guess it was a straightforward girl that hooked him then. "Whoa, whoa. Let's calm down. And quit with the sex of the date teasing," Flynn remarked as he shot Reno a warning look. His eyebrow though quirked up over at Tadashi, before a sly smirk formed along his lips. "Oh? So when I told my friend about you, she was telling me that you might be that youtube guy. Seems that she was right all along." he smirked lightly as the male had spilled his little secret, if it was one. "Well looks like it'll be a date that you'll have fun on."

Reno held his hands up in mock surrender at Tadashi little outburst, biting his tounge to hold back any more chuckles that wanted to slip out. He managed to cover up another fit of laughter by faking a cough however, but the smug and amused smirk was still plastered on his face as he lowered his arms down. At Flynn's warning look, Reno merely returned it with a confused one, quirking an eyebrow at the other male as if asking: 'I was teasing?' The redhead still had it a bit hard to belive the 'pup' was actually going to go out with a girl, and not a guy.
"Wait..." Reno narrowed his eyes a bit and look back at Tadashi, realization washing over his face before he facepalmed. "Oh well duh, of course! You're that famous internet nerd whats-his-name. The one the brat is so freaken enamored in," he chuckled. "....I'm actually not so surprised, now that I think about. This place has littearly all kinds of people bundled up togheter."
Laughing a bit more, he twirled around and allowe dhimself to fall back down on the couch at Dashi's side. "So she's a fan am I right? Then you've got nothing to worry about. Even if you wouldn't have been an internet celebrity, you're to puppy-like to be dissapointed in," he stated.

Tadashi was genuinely grateful when Flynn told Reno to quite mocking him about the gender of his date: the situation, to him, was already difficult and stressing enough as it was without Reno teasing him about such things! And then both guys reached the same realisation: that he was, in fact, the 'youtube-famous guy'. It wasn't exactly a secret, but it was embarrassing enough facing people who recognised him from his videos... having people who weren't interested at all in what he did but still knew about him was somehow even more embarrassing.
He blushed a bit, hugging his legs even tighter, but to that subject he simply nodded and didn't reply anything else. He wouldn't lie about it but he saw no reason why torture himself further with that too...
And then they both said how, since she was a fan, the date would have been fun... but there was still a little problem to solve...
"But... what do you do on a date?" he asked, still blushing a bit, still embarrassed, looking with puppy eyes at Flynn cause Reno was really teasing him too much.
That was a problem alright, cause he really still had no clue: why was a date different from any other time he hang out with a friend? What was he supposed to do? On the internet he had found various stuffs, from being charming and polite to hold hands to try to kiss your date... he obviously didn't even take into account the pages about sex, but he did wonder about the kiss... did he have to kiss Xion? the only thought of it made him blush hard again...

Flynn moved around before sitting on the other side of Tadashi, smirking a bit at Reno's comment about Tadashi being puppy like. "Some girl's love guys that follow them around like a puppy." Although he was slightly hoping that she wasn't the kind who did like that and would use it to her advantage. And...other ideas popped in his mind, like that time in the bookstore. Oh great, these certain ideas just loved to pop in his mind. And it wasn't helping him at all with the male giving him puppy eyes as well. Flynn pinched the bridge of his nose, rubbing it slightly in light frustration at his mind. He paused for a moment, furrowing his eyebrows at the male's question. "Talk about things that interests you both. Just have fun like you'd have with a friend. But be charming on the date, unless she's the kind of girl who just likes you to be you." he commented with a light shrug of his shoulders. "Arcade and Pizza? Looks like the girl just wants to spend some time with you. Not drag you into bed with her." he teased the other male, glancing at Tadashi with an amused gaze.

What do you do on a date? Reno mentally repeated Tadashi's question, honestly not understadning the question really. Whenever he went out, he didn't really think about it. And most of those 'dates' usally ended up in either his or the girl's bed, or their car, some backalley or public a bathroom... Wait, he's getting off track here. And if he shared his own expreineces of date's with the puppy, it would surely only leave the poor guy paralyzed in fear and at a more complete loss what to do. Flynn would sure not even be surpriserd or care, but he'd dissaporve of making their roommat more uncomfortable than he already was.
"Yeah, what cockblocker said," Reno absently agreed, still only able imagine Dashi's date to be a guy. A fanboy. Yeah, that as a little too easy to picture. "You don't need to kiss her either. Just get out there and have nice time geeking around together," he smirked.

Be charming unless she wants you to be honest... well how was he supposed to know what do be? And how exactly was he supposed to be charming? He didn't even reply at Flynn's comment about 'dragging him in bed', he just blushed and looked down. That was obviously not even a possibility, not even something worth talking about... but the kiss... Reno said he didn't need to kiss her... although every google result said how important was the kiss on the first date.... "What if she wants to kiss?" he peeped embarrassed, still looking down
