room C-018 - Make it loud | HICCUP&CLOUD

Harry entered into the room with his bags on his back, he honestly didn't need the help of one those EVEs to bring his stuffs all together, having only a backpack and a sack -not even full of stuffs-. He had used the EVE just to know the location of his room and which one was his, once he got there in fact Harry dismissed the EVE and let it go back to do whatever an EVE usually did.

Once inside the room, as a first thing Harry immediately turned on the TV on a random channel with the volume rather high, but at the same time not deafening; he would have turned it off as soon as someone else of his roommates would have arrived. But till he was alone, Harry preferred at least the company of the TV, not standing the silence of the room.
He entered into the bedroom, placing his stuffs on the last bed in the room and starting to unpack -it wouldn't have took too much time anyway-. Harry could still hear the sound of the TV even in the bedroom, and with that sound he didn't even notice someone entering into the dorm.

Cloud finally got to his room and entered it. Wow, it was really nice here, he thought while looking around. "Hello? Someone already here?", he asked, but it was pretty obvious because the TV was turned on. So he took a look into the bedroom to find harry there. "Hey", he said and went over to him. "My name is Cloud, who are you?", he asked and held a hand in front of him.

Hiccup had listened with interest the short speech Milori and Mirage had held, sitting in the back just for obvious reasons: with his furry friends with him, sitting in the front would have meant gathering too much attention and they could have been a distraction and even an annoyance to other agents. As the speech was over, Hiccup had rushed to the first EVE to get all the informations he needed: he had learnt his division and his room, but, much to his dismay and upset, he had also learnt he couldn't keep his pets with him "Animals will stay in the zoo".

This was pretty a bad news for him, he had to leave his 3 dogs, 1 cat, 2 parrots, 2 hedgehogs, 3 hamsters, 3 rabbits, 2 snakes and a turtle in the zoo of the island, where the EVE escorted him. He had to admit it was a nice place, and as much as he kept reassuring his little friends, they actually all seemed to enjoy the place "They will be taken good care of. You can come visit every day." The metallic voice of the robot kept trying to reassure him, but that didn't actually help him and he still found the little thing spiteful. But then, when he tried to leave, a little 'something' got in the way: all his pets seemed pretty happy, and he kept reassuring them on how he would be back soon and they had no reason not to trust him, all but his cat, Mittens, who apparently had no intention to stay whatsoever. Mittens had always been the bossiest of his pets, and she did boss him around a lot, but... he loved her too much and couldn't help but let her do so.
So as Mittens decided she wouldn't stay... well, her word was final. And he knew already where his room was so he didn't need the directions of the EVE anymore, beside, without his pets, his luggages were pretty light.

He left the zoo with his backpack, his trolley and carrying mittens in his arms, while the EVE kept following him "No pets allowed in the rooms. You have to leave your pet at the zoo."
"Sorry, little thing, but the little miss in my arms doesn't want to stay in your zoo." Hiccup had to admit, all in all he was happy Mittens had insisted to stick with him, he had never stayed without his pets and he would feel lost if even her would be gone. Having to deal with the annoying robot was just a price to pay to stay in his friend's company, and surely enough the robot was persistent: it followed him all the way to his room!
"You can give me the pet, I'll take it to the zoo." "You are not getting your claws anywhere near her... will you just let me get in?!" Hiccup didn't even think that his roommates might have already been in and that maybe that wasn't exactly the best first impression he could leave, but he wasn't willing to let the robot take away Mittens, not if she was so against the idea to stay in that zoo.

Talking about Mittens, she wasn't impressed at all by the robot and, unlike Hiccup who was stuck at the door, unable to enter because of the EVE, Mittens easily jumped off the boy's arms and entered in the room "What is this awful noise?" she hissed, complaining about the tv before she jumped on the table, clicking on the remote to turn the TV off.

Harry was putting away his sack when Cloud entered in the room, taking him of surprise. Honestly he wasn't expecting to meet one of his roommates so early, or at least he hoped to be in the living room and not with the TV on, which was there just to full the silence.
"Hi..." he smiled turning to the boy "I'm Harry and well... I'm one of your roommate, I guess..." he chuckled shaking Cloud's hand. A bit stupid to say, but it seemed right to point it out and prove that he wasn't in the wrong room or something.

Soon his attention was drawn by some voices, coming from the living room, almost higher than the noise of the TV. The third roommate should have arrived, probably, and he wasn't alone: with him there was an EVE and... a cat?
"Hi... do you need any help?" taking a few step towards the weird group, Harry tried to understand what was the problem. But in all honestly he couldn't really get what the reason of that scene could be.

"Nice to meet you Harry", he replied and nodded at him friendly. "Yeah, I guess so too", he went on and smirked.

Cloud followed Harry outside to the living room. He noticed an EVE, which was making its way outside already, a brown-haired boy and a cat. He looked at the cat quite surprised and it looked back into his eyes. Eventually he bend down to it. "Hello, little you. Are you gonna stay with us, too?", he asked the cat and reached for its back to pet it.

"Mittens, stop!" He tried to order the cat to let the TV be, even if he found the loud noise annoying himself, but he didn't want that to be his first impression as a roommate... but obviously Mittens didn't give a damn about his words and went right ahed and turned the TV off. "I will take the cat" The EVE, that until then had blocked Hiccup's way to the room, finally seemed to realize that Mittens wasn't with him but already in the room and moved to take her, but Hiccup wasn't eager to let her do so and jumped on the robot to stop it.
It was then that the two roommates decided to arrive... quite an introduction really! "Oh... ehm... Hello! Just... having some troubles with a stubborn appliace..." he replied in a mildly sarcastic tone.
Meanwhile, as the blonde boy approached Mittens, she started immediately hissing toward him, thing that Hiccup immediately picked up "Mittens!" he scolded her frowning: for fuck sake, if she wanted to stay she could at least try to make a good impression on the people she had to leave with...no matter how hard it was for her... Mittens immediately hissed toward Hiccup himself but then she actually jumped off the table and rubbed herself on Cloud's legs before she directed herself toward the bedroom.

Cloud raised his brows when the cat, obviously named mittens, hissed at him. Normally animals tended to like him. Well. maybe it was just at their first meeting. He stood up again and looked at Hiccup. "You seem to be kind of stressed..anything you need help with? My name is CLoud by the way", he said friendly and offered him his hand.

Harry blinked a few times observing the scene, without moving from where he was. The new boy was now on the robot, trying to stop it from taking the cat. In that way he could have easily broken the EVE, if not short-circuit it and sending everybody in some kind of trouble for that. Or maybe they would have been able to hide the body somewhere, or maybe they... his flow of thoughts was interrupted when Cloud spoke and introduced himself. Maybe he should do it too.

"I'm Harry..." he smiled sightly as Hiccup was still fighting with the robot. However the cat -Mittens?- didn't seem to care much as she headed to the bedroom and left her owner alone with the EVE.
"The cat...?" he mumbled as he observed the cat leave the room. Harry wasn't that sure what to do at that point, technology wasn't his forte, imagine robots! He seriously didn't know how to help the poor boy.

"H-Hey... well... I'm Hiccup, Haddock. Nice to meet you two... and sorry for the poor first meeting. I just... need to get this thing out of the way! I'm not going to give you my cat! She doesn't want to stay in the zoo!!!" the last two phrases were directed toward the EVE that was, to her credit, much more resistent than one would think and was still trying to reach the cat, even with Hiccup standing on it and trying to stop it in any possible way.
"Pets must stay in the zoo" the EVE repeated stubbornly "I can take the cat with me, or if you prefer you can take the cat yourself."

"Hmm...let me try something to get rid of that thing...", he said and went over to th EVE, lifting it up - it was reeeeeeeally heavy, much more heavy than he thought - and put it two steps further in front of the door on the ground again and quickly closed the door, before it got back in. "Puhhh..... Wow, that thing was heavy..!!", he said and then grinned. "I hope it will go away some time." Right now the EVE was still saying that the cat couldn't stay inside, but now its voice was much more quiet behind the door.
