Description of superpower:
Roxanne has the ability to instantly teleport from one place to another. She can take one person with her. However, up until now, she has only been able to teleport to a place she could see except once, on the night she discovered her powers. But she intimately feels that she could break free from this restriction with a proper training.

Personality:
Roxanne is strong willed. She goes straight to the point and is rather honest (except when she has suspicion about someone's behaviour). She is very social, despite all her father's attempt to limit her social interactions and likes being with people. She just can't stay at the same place for too long and doesn't like having nothing to do. She's witty and often quite sassy. But she's also mature and aware that the purpose of the Elite Center is not to "have fun discovering yourself" but to form elite government agents. Even though she secretly hopes that she will be able to make new friends and finally be herself there, free from her father's influence.

Story:
Roxanne grew up with her mother who was a very loving person, until the age of 12. She didn't know anything about her father until, one day, a group of masked people broke into their house. Roxanne and her mother tried to flee but Roxanne was too slow and one of the masked men caught her. Her mother fought him with all her might and Roxanne managed to break free from him. Her mother shouted her to run but she just couldn't abandon her mother like that. In a desperate gesture, she grabbed the man with all the energy she had, felt something (like a lock) breaking down and they both feel... in the water. That was when Roxanne discovered her talent. She had teleported them into the river. Paniced, and worried about her mother, she teleported back home (leaving the masked man drowning into the river) only to find her mother dead on the floor, a bullet in her heart.
Her father arrived half an hour after that, finding his daughter prostrate on her mother's body. He took her with him, despite her fighting against it and decided to give up on his field work to raise Roxanne himself. He became a bureaucrat and spent all his free time training Roxanne how to fight and use her ability to defend herself. He limited her social interaction to the minimum (she was homeschooled and could barely leave the house without her father's permission). But Roxanne always found ways to sneak out to ride and meet people anyway. She got a degree in political sciences (still being homeschooled) and learnt the existence of the Elite Center thanks to her father. At first, she despised the idea of becoming an agent too. All she ever wanted was to be free. But she reconsidered it and figured it could be a good way to be free from her father's influence, to become a person all by herself and to meet new people she could talk with whenever she'd want to. People like her, with unusual abilities.


Extra:
She loves riding her motorbike more than anything else. Her motorbike is the most precious thing she has, she takes perfect care of it and she calls it her "baby". If anyone dares to touch it without her permission, she'll get REALLY angry!
