Description of superpower:
Fetch's firebending ability is somewhat more advanced now than compared to when she was 16 and only knew a few pranks and giggles and to create a small fireball to throw(not big or hot enough to star a real uncontrollable fire).
In her time of being a rebel to her father and step-mother, she met quite a few bad influential people who, some were like her, others not yet they still saw the use in her growing powers and abilities as she learn more and more. Fetch's firebending evolved much since her 16 years old self yet again she never had any actually real training and kind of had to learn by herself or through minor gang activities.
She's able to create some pretty medium sized fireballs to throw, or "Fire-Jabs" as she likes to call them and she has gotten really good at using them effectively.
One of the other skills she has learned in her years on the street is the ability to create a stream of fire to blast a person back and setting them on fire for that matter, but again it's not nearly as powerful as Fetch thinks it is.
Another Skill is a "Fire-bomb" it's more like a close ranged attack since it creates a medium sized explosion, although Fetch has more used it for harmless and fun ways to prank other people since her "Fire-bombs" works more like a fire-cracker, just with a bit more punch, but if she gives it more energy, then her fire-bombs could get really dangeous.

Personality:
She's most of the time happy, but does have a more dark side(which she got after her brother died) and quite a bit of a rebel trait in her, which got her in a bit trouble with the principal in her first school and some of the other schools she've been to.
She can be a smart-mouth sometimes, both to the teacher (even a headmaster) and other students. She's not afraid to give back if some give her bullshit.
She is fairly easy to talk with and get to know, even with her "bad" side although she can be quite a bitch if she's not in the mood.

Story:
Fetch was borned in the urban part of the city, she lived there through her childhood and most of her teen years.
She quickly found out about her powers at the age of 6 when she lighted up her own bed while sleeping, although it didn't came as a shock for her parents since the older brother already had the same fire-bending like the father in the family. Fetch (A nickname her older sister gave her, which stuck with her through childhood and teen years) found out quickly how to misuse her power for her own gain and began to tease teachers and other student without getting caught at first. That quickly changed when the principal finally got a hold on her and Fetch's father and step-mother were involved in the incidents and got a long lecture from her father on the use of her power and how it was fun at first but could suddenly change drastically if she didn't controlled her own power.
Of course, Fetch did not listen to what her father said, she was after all 16 at that time and her rebellion against every grownup had kicked in, which ended in her getting expelled for a longer time period after an episode in school of an unfortunate event.
The unfortunate event was her own brother, both of them had played behind the school, away from the prying eyes of teachers, the principal or other students.
They were both throwing small fireballs after each other for fun when Fetch unfortunate hit her brother in the eyes which made him fell backward and hit the hard concrete.
The doctors couldn't save her brother and Fetch blamed herself for killing her brother, even though her parents and older sister tried to tell her it wasn't.
She didn't get back to her own school(even other schools her parents tried sent her to, but kept getting expelled from the schools because of really bad behavior and one school actually got burned down by her). She isolated herself just more and more, either locking herself inside her own room for days, only to sneak out in the night for food or just completely leaving her home for days, sometimes weeks. Fetch even changed style completely to a much more punkish look.
One night it knocked on the parent's door and two police officers with one hand each under Fetch's arms, so she wouldn't escape and run away again.
Fetch's father and Fetch got in a big argument over her long time disappearing and getting pulled home by the police in the night. Fetch countered him with foul words and counter arguments.
Fetch's parents were contacted one day by the city municipality about this newly open Elite World Training Center for Gifted Talents where Fetch could learn how to control her power and maybe even her inner rebel.
At first she didn't want to go or have anything to with it, but after all she wasn't the only fire-bender in the family and she was not even close to as powerful as her father, so her father forced her with him on the trip to this new center and the headmasters of the center actually convinced Fetch on staying after she had seen what the center was about which meant she also would get away from her father and start all over on a new life.


Extra:
Fetch is rather distinctive in her looks, making her easily recognizable. Her dark pink hair, a piercing in her right nostril and black earrings all serve to establish her rebellious image. She wears a white shirt with a pink skull wearing shades and putting a finger to its lips, covered by a worn green coat with pink patterns on the back and sides, with the sleeves slightly tucked up, along with a wristband. She wears dark red shorts over black ripped tight leggings and dark lavender pink boots.
Fetch has never had any real training in controlling or learning to use her firebending by her father since he saw a danger in teaching her some of the really powerful firebending, so it's more self-discovered/trained but since her father is a very powerful firebender, it all comes very natural to her and she loves to experiment and find new ways to bend fire.
