| Since Alisa had been told there was a huge pool, she wanted to visit it and today was the day she finally made it! She was kind of glad that she was all alone - well, it was really early in the morning after all. The architecture of the swinhall was really impressive, it was almost everything made of glass and there were nice plants outside of it. A few plams and stuff. Almost making her feel like she was on holidays. She was already in her swinsuit and put her things on one of the sun lounchers and walked over to the water. She stepped under the cold shower and then got on one of the starting block to jump into the water. She swam a few lanes and then got out of the water to sit down on the side and rest for a moment. | |

| Kristoff couldn't sleep. Well, he could never really ever sleep. Most nights he only slept a couple of hours and just stayed up the rest of the day; he was an insomniac like that. The sun was starting to rise now, and he had always liked early morning workouts since nobody else was ever there, so the pool would be a great place to go. He walked into the pool area, a fit black shirt over his swimming trunks and a towel thrown over his shoulder. It was an automatic reflex to scan everything in the room, so he noticed the clothes on the lounge chairs, the water puddles and footprints indicating that someone had been swimming for a while and his eyes followed it to the girl sitting on the side of the pool. He hoped nobody else would be here, but one person was better than the pool would probably be the rest of the day. Besides, she was kind of cute looking from where he was at least. | |

| When she noticed someone else coming in, she was a little disappointed that she wasn't alone anymore, but when she turned her head to the man, she regret her words. Even if she was only thinking it, it was mean to want the pool all for herself. And she did have time alone here after all. She gave the tall guy a little smile. "Good morning..", she said polite to him. For her it would be weird to just ignore him, like most people would do. And he kind of looked like a nice guy with his cute baby-face. | |

| "Good morning," he replied with a similar smile to hers. He threw his towel onto one of the lounge chairs close to the door. "I hope you don't mind if I swim here too. I didn't really think anybody else would be in here," he told the truth with a friendly grin. "But y'know what they say about the early bird." He said as he took his shirt off and threw it messily on top of his towel. | |

| She chuckled. "No, I don't mind. Actually I was thinking the same thing when I got here. You're the only other person I saw here so far. B-but don't worry, I really don't want you to go away", she added quickly. Oh, why did she always have to say embarrassing things? She blushed slightly, not sure if from embarrassing or from him in his swimming trunks. She giggled at his comment about the early bird. She was always saying the same thing. | |

| Kristoff raised an eyebrow in curiosity at what she said and he smiled a little bit. It was kind of awkward, but it was kinda cute. No matter how hardened he always acted, he was always a softie at heart. "Well whatever the lady wishes," he replied with a small bow and a small chuckle. | |

| She chuckled with a hand on her lips. That gesture was quite amusing because it was so out of place - half-naked and in a swimminghall, but it was very cute too, after all. She had always been a sucker for the old-styled manners. She gave him a smile. It seemed like she had been right when she thought he was a nice guy. "Oh, thank you. That's good to know, Mr...?", she said and paused, waiting for him to introduce himself. | |

| He observed that she was chuckling and smiling a lot, making him keep his eyebrow raised a little. He blinked a few times when he realized that she was asking for his name. "O-oh! You can call me Kristoff." He had forgotten about the whole introduction part. He didn't really have the best people skills it seemed. "Kristoff Buchanan." He smirked to her. "And your name..?" | |

| "Nice to meet you, Kristoff.", she said and moved her legs through the water while talking. "It's Alisa Bosconovitch, but you really don't have to remember my last name.", she went on and waved aside. She knew it was really difficult for non-russian people to remember the russian last names, because they just weren't used to it. | |

| "Well it's nice to meet you too, Alisa." He said as he walked over towards the steps to get into the water. He stepped onto the first step. The water was just right. He didn't even try to say her last name in case he messed it up. "It's very unique. Sounds Russian, is it?" He wasn't sure if he was doing small talk correctly or not. | |

| "Yes, yes it is.", she said, trying to sound not too excited and smiled. She was quite impressed that he suggested her name to be russian. Normally people said something like Poland or they didn't have a clue at all. That was the case most of the time, but she didn't really mind it. "And where are you from, Kristoff?" | |

| He was pleased to hear that he was right about the Russian last name. Kristoff's smile faded a little when she asked where he was from. He never talked about home. It wasn't exactly the best thing to talk about first thing in the morning: his old family where his drunk father would beat him and his younger siblings almost everyday... and how his family is broken, split apart now. He wouldn't say that, not to her at least. There was the British couple that adopted him but they weren't exactly the best parents ever. Kristoff smiled the way he did before so that Alisa wouldn't feel guilty for asking him. He didn't want to ruin a good conversation. "England. Born and raised." He lied. | |

| She didn't really notice him lying. "Oh, really? I already met a few people from england here.", she said smiling. "Looks like they have many special people over there. Well.. you guys do have James Bond after all, right?", she said and chuckled a little. She knew this joke probably wasn't new to him at all but she couldn't resist to say  that. "I've never been there but I saw many pictures and I really like to visit it some day.", she went on, thinking of all the mysterious and beautiful places on that big island. | |

| Kristoff didn't really do much in his time there, so he just kinda smiled and nodded along to what Alisa said. It was kind of funny that she mentioned James Bond of all things. "Yes, we have James Bond," he chuckled. "After James Bond escaped from his films a few years ago, he taught us all how to be as suave as he is." He joked, smiling at her observation. She kept on talking about England and some unwanted memories began to fade in again. "What about you? Were you born in Russia? I've heard the winter is pretty brutal there." He asked, changing the topic. | |

| She laughed dinky. "Oh, so that's why you'r so charming? Good to know." "Yes, I've been living there for all my life. Yes, it's really, really freezing, but I'm used to it, so it's not that bad after all.. But on holidays we have often visited really warm places. I like the heat more than the cold, I think.. Maybe because we don't really have that at home.", she said and smiled slightly, before she looked unsure at him. "I'm not talking too much, am I?", she asked. She kind of felt like the words were coming out of her mouth like a waterfall. | |

| "Charming?" He asked with a pleasantly surprised smile. "Me, I love the cold, hate the heat actually." She started speaking some more and eventually asked if she was talking a lot. Yes. "No, not at all!" he answered, shaking his head like it was an unbelievable suggestion. It wasn't bad at all that she was so talkative, she was pretty engaging actually. "I could sit here and listen to you all day." He said, blinking his eyes as he realized what he said. | |

| "Uhm, yes.", she said and bit a little unsure her lower lip. Did she say something wrong? "Oh, really? Well, then you should definitely pay Russia a visit.", she  went on with a smile. "Oh, that's good. I was a little worried..", she said and chuckled. Alisa stopped laughing and also bat her eyelids in surprise at his last words, before she eventually blushed and let out a cute giggle. "Well...thank you..?", she said with a  shy  smile. | |

| He observed that her pupils had undilated and her body language was becoming retractive. Oh booy he messed up. He usually kept his cool and was pretty hardened, but he had some moments where he just said things out loud that he didn't mean to say. "Oh uhhh I didn't mean it like that," he said with a small laugh, trying to make her stop blushing. "I usually don't... um. Maybe I should just do a couple of laps." He said as he regained his composure and gave a charming smile. | |

| She got even more unsure when he talked again. What did he mean? She was confused. "Then.. eh.... how did you mean it?", she asked, tilting her head a little, looking curious at him. | |

| "Uhhh I don't know.." Occasionally he did get his foot stuck in his mouth when he did or said some things that were kind of embarrassing or awkward. And he had no idea where it came from, maybe it was a hereditary thing? Or that he just didn't talk to people too much in general. "I just think you're fun to listen to," he told the truth unsure of what else to say. "And.. I do think you might talk a little too much. But I like it." He almost said it like it was a question, but gave a comforting smile as well. | |

| She giggled. "Oh, okay? Well... then I guess it's alright.", she said before returning his smile a little shy, with blushed cheeks. "Mhh... I don't want to distract you from swimming you know..?", she said. "If you're in for a race or something..?", she asked. | |

| Kristoff smiled when she seemed to respond positively. "A race?" He asked. "You're not going to hustle me or anything right? With any secret mermaid powers or anything?" He joked badly with a small chuckle, laughing at his own joke. A lot of people had physical powers here whereas he couldn't really do anything himself with a power that's just based off of his mind. | |

| She laughed about his joke, too. "No, I don't have any water-related powers, so no need to worry. I'm not even super fast or anything. Just a normal girl", she daid snickering. "Are you?", she asked. His arms looked pretty strong, but was he something like superstrong or whatever? She couldn't tell. SHe got into the water again. | |

| "Nobody here is normal," he said with an amused expression. Kristoff raised his eyebrows and made a playfully surprised face when she accused him. "You don't need to worry about me," he replied as he started to stretch. "I won't do too much damage unless there's a math equation to solve or something." He said with a shrug. | |

| "That's true.", she approved and smiled. She laughed at his joke. "So you're a super smart one and like what I'm talking about? Sounds kinda unrealistic to me", she said chuckeling, swimming a few meters on her back, waiting for him. | |
