Ice skating (tag anyone)

Annika made her way to the pond as she was holding her pink skates close to her. After she had left her home and got here it was the first thing to come to her mind. It was sunny. Back home it had always been cold and the lake had been frozen so there were lots of places to go ice-skating. Here there was only water flowers and sunshine. To be honest annika kind of liked the sun and the pretty flowers but she missed ice-skating a lot. When she reached the pond she looked if there wasnt someone there. She got on her skates and took a deep breath and froze the water until it was thick enough to skate on. She smiled as she got on the ice and started to skate. She liked being away from the madness for a little while as she was alone at the pond. Atleast that was what she thought.

Luca wondered as he strolled towards the pond, gazing around at the scenery, about his family. He wondered if they'd like this sunny island vs the cold terrain that they were so used to traveling currently. They'ed probably enjoy this sunny weather though since Luca wasn't around with the troupe anymore. Either way the weather's temperature had never affected Luca before, due to his powers so he tended not really have a favorite.
And enjoying some time by the pond in the sun seemed like an idea to him. But as he got nearer to the pond, chocolate brown eyes took in the sight of an iced over pond with surprise. "My eyes aren't playing tricks on me right?" he mumbled to himself before taking quick notice of the girl ice skating across the pond. Luca smiled a bit at this before kneeling down and reaching out to the ice, touching it lightly. This caused the ice to melt back into water until he pulled his hand back. Thank god he had shoes, so he wouldn't melt the ice. Although Luca would probably fall on his ass if he walked on the ice.

Annika was skating around the pond as she was only focused on the skating and didn't saw the boy walking towards the lake. The blonde made a spin on her pink skates as she stopped and turned hearing something crack at the ice. She looked at her feet hoping the crack wouldn't be where she was. She carefully made her way to the side as she looked up seeing a boy sitting at the pond. She sat down at the side of the pond aswell as she went to take off her skates. she hoped she had not bothered the boy

Luca took notice of the girl skating to the side of the pond, sitting down and starting to take off her skates. He tilted his head to the side as he gazed over at her in confusion. "You don't have to stop skating," he remarked out to the girl, giving her a reassuring smile. Luca didn't mind sitting down by the pond, watching someone skate along it. She skated quite nice actually as well.

Annika looked up from her skate as she heard a voice. "Oh" she said as she blushed a bit in embarrassment. "I thought I was bothering you because I froze the lake" she admitted with a shy smile. She got up her feet again as she had secured the skate she was taking off and made her way to him so they didn't have to shout to eachother.

Luca shook his head a bit in response to her assumption as he sat cross-legged on the grass near the pond. "Nah, I'm fine actually. I was just going to watch you skate actually, since I can't skate really." Luca remarked to the female, giving her a sheepish grin. "I'll either slip on my butt, or fall into the pond after melting it accidentally." he added as well.

The blonde smiled at him as she held back a chuckle. "I could teach you?" she offered. She thought about his last comment. "Melting the pond?" she repeated. " does that mean you have like fire powers?" she asked with a small smile. Then she realized she had not introduced herself yet. "Oh I almost forgot!" Annika said offering a handshake. "I'm Annika its nice to meet you..ehm?" she gave him a shy smile as she didn't know his name yet.

His eyes lit up at the girl's offer, nodding his head eagerly. "Now that would be awesome! Though I do need skates," he remarked sheepishly, before nodding his head once more to her question. "I do. And..." Luca paused for a moment as he gazed over the pond before looking back up at her. "You have ice powers, I assume?" He then reached out and grasped her hand, shaking it a bit while introducing himself as well. "Nice to meet ya, Annika. I'm Luca." He gave her a light smile.

The blonde chuckled at his excitement as she looked at the pond. "Yeah I do" she said with a smile as she looked back to the boy who introduced himself as Luca. "That's a nice name" she said. She thought about finding skates for him as she didn't think there would be any skates around a sunny island like this. She looked down at her own and chuckled. "If you can bare pink you can borrow mine?" she offered. "We can adjust them to fit you if you don't have the same size as I have." she said.

Luca gave the girl a light smile which turned a bit sheepish at her compliment. "I think the same about your name." He remarked as he watched the girl look around at the pond before down at her skates. Then chuckled a bit at her remark, liking the fact that she wanted to help him with skating. "The color doesnt bother me, and how are you going to adjuat the size," Luca asked in a curious tone.

Annika gave him a friendly smile at his compliment. "Oh thanks" she said she sat down at the side of the pond aswell as she took off a skate. "Well.." she said as she looked at it. "If im not mistaken these are extendable." she said looking at the side of the skate as she managed to extend them. "there you go" she said with a chuckle.

Luca watched as the girl sat down at the side of the pond, taking off a skate, tilting his head in a curious motion. "Oh? Well that benefits us, doesn't?" he grinned a bit as he looked over at the skates with a wary gaze. "Is it hard to ice skate?"

When she saw that a blonde haired young lady created some ice on the ground. She glanced at her, as though she did look familiar. It was that young woman who did smile at her in her training group. She saw her talking to some guy named, Luca who did look familiar to her as well. She then saw that ice was on the ground, and she never saw an ice skating rink like that before since it does not get icy like that in Florida. She then ran to the ice as she got her shoes off. She then felt herself slipping as she tried to get up... "Looks like I need some...snow shoes..." She called out, as she never did this in her life.

Annika chuckled at his reaction as she started to open up a little. "It does indeed" she said. She gave him a friendly smile as she saw him look at her skates. "everything is a bit hard when you do it for the first time but I wont let you fall, promise." she said. She looked up as she heared a sudden sound of someone falling. She turned her gaze toward the ice as she saw Karissa fall on the ice. "oh goodness!" she said as she was a bit shocked. She looked back at luca. "We have to help her up" she said as she didn't want to leave the girl on her own. What if she was injured?! she got up as she left her skates at the side of the pond and ran over towards karissa. She almost lost her balance herself but was able to stay on her feet. "Are you alright?!" she asked as she got down next to karissa.

When Karissa was trying to get up from the slippery mess that she caused herself to get into, she did try to manage to get up, but, did slip again. Luckily, there was no injury, just a small bruises on the knees, but, thank goodness it was not bloody. She saw a young blonde haired woman coming right to her and saw that she was shocked by her accidentally falling. She saw her.. running on the ice.. which did look amazing, and assumed that she was a person to manipulate the ice without any problems. She did look up and saw her concerned face. "Yeah, I'm ok. I'm just new to this..." She responded, with a small nervous look. "I'm fine really, no big deal!" She said, and took the lady's hand. She did seem nice and it could be fun to try some ice skating since she did not have any snow or ice storms in Florida.

Annika gave the girl a shy smile. ofcourse she was new to this, Annika had just frozen a pond where people used to swim because the island was warm. "Im so glad!" she said as she sighed in relief knowing she was okay. The blonde helped her up as she helped the girl to stay on her feet. She was used to ice and snow so she managed to do so. She helped her to the side of the pond where luca was aswell. "shes okay thank god.." she said to the boy. "My ice didn't turn out well I see.. I swear if I see another person falling on the ice I will never freeze anything ever again.."

She looked up at the blonde woman who did look a little worried about her when she fell. She was new to skating since she never saw Florida having an ice skating rink since it never snows over there. She was willing to try it eventually. She looked up at her and smiled at her as she took her hand; the ice was pretty slippery right now and she was not used to standing on a surface like this, so, it took a little while for her to stand perfectly straight; her aura from the wind was making her stay calm and she closes her eyes to help her stand. "Yeah, thanks." She then felt the young woman helping her go to the other side where some guy was and she quickly waved to him, who did look familiar. She felt her feet across the ice and although it was really cold on her feet, it felt really magical and really fun. She heard her venting about her ice not turning out as well, and Karissa looked up to her with a small smile. "Well, that's why you're there to help! I never skated in my life, and although I slipped, it was an enjoyable experience." She said, and looked up to the blonde woman, who was that same woman in her division. "Annika, right? I think I remember you from the same division training on the first day.." She said, as she reached out her hand.

Annika smiled softly as she saw the hand as she took it. "Yes I am Karissa right?" she said with a friendly smile. "Its nice to actually meet you in person instead of just an introduction." she said she sighed in relief as she said she thought the ice was actually enjoyable. "Im glad you think so. Last thing I want is make people angry with me" she said with a smile. she turned towards luca as she smiled. "Did you two already meet?"

When Karissa was talking to the blonde haired woman, she saw that she was pretty glad to meet her in person instead of just meeting someone inside a classroom. She saw that she did look pretty friendly and she nodded once she asked her regarding her name. "Yes, I'm Karissa; the one who did not show the power because of shyness." She said, as she remembered not being comfortable when showing her power to the rest of the division, but, after meeting other people, she started to get more comfortable to show off her special talent. "Yes, it's a pleasure to meet you as well." She said, and kept her balance as she was standing on the ice for a bit longer. "Yeah, I understand. I feel the same way since I do not want to get people mad as well; besides, the ice looks a lot of fun. I grew up in Florida, so, I never saw ice before. It looks beautiful in person." She complimented, and gave her a small smile. When she saw that Annika was introducing her to the guy, she nods. "No, I never met him before; he does look familiar. Is he in the same division as us?" She asked, and tilted her head towards the guy.
