"I suppose it would be, provided they didn't inspire homicidal tendencies in me." Cleo sighed, wringing out her hair. She picked off bits of grass off her clothes and hair, grimacing. She'd have to take three showers at least. She looked back up at him when he refused her apology. She felt her face grow hot when she noticed how his own clothes were sticking to his skin. He had more muscle than she'd guessed. Weren't nerds supposed to be all flat?

"R-Right, whatever!" She said quickly, turning her attention back to cleaning herself off.

Jackson rolled his eyes, "Right, and I do. I could say the same for you." She frustrated him. Jackson hadn't been frustrated in a looong time. "You keep insulting me like that and..." He trailed off. He'd probably throw her back into the water. It was only fair. Jackson raised his eyes to her when she started stammering like an idiot. "You got something you need to get off your chest, princess?" He teased. Besides her shirt..

"A few more choice words, maybe." Cleo said sharply, refusing to look at him. With her feet bare, she figured she'd have to use another portal to get back to her room. That, or walk. Ugh, but the dirt! Although, did she really want to try using her power so soon after that mishap? "But I'll save that for when I'm not in dripping wet clothes."

"Well, please do share you highness," Jackson bowed dramatically extending his arms outward." She was going to get hell from him whether she wanted to or not. Unlike she, he couldn't probably transport, he'd have to walk and or wait for his clothes to dry. Either way, it wasn't going to be pleasant, at all. Jackson smirked, "What do your clothes have to do with it?" He inquired, giving her a suggestive expression.

Cleo had to stop herself from facepalming. She needed to watch what she said or he'd just turn it into innuendo. 'Ugh, good lord, why me?' She wondered, rubbing her temples.

"Is your mind always in the gutter?" Cleo asked him, her hands resting on her hips.

Jackson can't help chuckling. She was pretty funny. "No...you seem to like considering you haven't 'accidentally' sent yourself spiraling somewhere else, wouldn't you agree?" He shrugged, "Or maybe you don't have as much control over your powers as you think you do, and you don't want to risk a long distance or something along those lines." He chimed, waving a dismissive hand. "I'm going to have to say, no. Only when I feel necessary," Jackson looked her up and down. "You're soaking wet, you're hot, what other appropriate setting would you suggest?"

Cleo wrinkled her nose disgust. She might have dumped him into the pool, but that didn't mean she needed to be torn down. "My control is much better than some." She said, glaring at him. "And your power is...what exactly? Being the biggest ass this side of anywhere?" She gathered her shoes from the ground, shaking the water out of them a bit.
"And my suggestion is you keep your eyes on my face and not my chest. I'm not here for your viewing pleasure." She added, considering using a portal again and leaving him behind.

Jackson laughed out loud at her offended retort. She just got better and better didn't she? So apparently her control was off...that was pretty interesting. Jackson whistled low at Cleo's threat, "What happens if I don't?" He pressed, but by this time, she was already gone. He couldn't help laughing. He surely hoped he saw her around.
