A Little Party Never Hurt Nobody (Tag: Anyone)

"Cloud." She said, raising her brows in suprise. Not that much that he was having some fun with another girl but rather because she clearly didn´t expect they´d bump into each other at that very moment. "Hey to the two of you too and yes, obviously I know him. Sadly I don´t know your company though." She replied, smiling to Nyx and reaching out a hand towards her. "I´m Astrid, as you might already know."

Nyx tucked a hair behind her ear and shook the blonde girl's hand. "Hi Astrid, I'm Nyx. So... how do you and Cloud know each other?" She asked innocently, making small conversation. Although it probably wasn't too hard to figure it out, she thought. She was a cute girl and Cloud was the kind of guy who hit on a lot of girls so...

The guy was obviously not pleased by his appereance to say at least, but Cloud just shrugged inwardly and just ignored him. Two of his girls right here? Whooops, probably not the best situation. Well, it wasn't the first time, but he prepared for the worst. "We met after the speech, I helped her finding one of her precious books.", he replied to Nyx question, winking at Astrid while he was talking and then smiled back at Nyx charmingly. He carefully watched the girl's reaction to the situation, but none of them seemed to be surprised. Should he take that as a good sign?

Zack frowned as he glanced between the two women. Two girls who both knew the same guy. That was never a good sign. He awkwardly cleared his throat. "So, uh, you're having a good time here right?" Zack asked, trying to get things on a lighter topic. "Gotta say I was surprised this place even had a pub like this. Let alone a pub at all."

"Nice to meet you Nyx." She replied before nodding to Cloud telling how they met. Turning her attention back to Zack she smiled up at him. "Oh yes it indeed was quite the nice suprise wasn´t it?"

"Aww how nice of you," Nyx said with a small smile to Cloud about helping Astrid with her books. "Such a gentleman." She said with only a touch of sarcasm. It was kind of awkward so she pursed her lips as she waited to see what Cloud would do.

Obviously Astrid was occupied with that other male, phew.. He felt a little released at that. So she wouldn't get mad at him.. "Yeah, true.", he commented on the words about the island having something like this disco. He smiled at Nyx. "Yes, that's what I am!", he replied grinning, completely certain of it and of himself.

Tension was still pretty thick here. Zack also knew when he was in the way. "So, uh, hey, I'm going to grab a drink. Anyone want anything?" he offered. He would pay for the drinks if that helped everyone loosen up a little. They were being far too serious for his tastes anyways.

"Yup, he is indeed." Astrid said and then shrugged at Zacks question. It neither wasn´t really that she was thirsty nor not. "Hmmm ... no thank you, but I could acompany you if you´d like to." She replied still smiling at Zack. Cloud and Nyx got attention of each other enough anyways in her opinion.

She already had a couple of drinks from earlier, but having some more wouldn't hurt. "For me anything's fine, thank you." She smiled politely to the guy.

"Nope, thanks.", he said to the black haired and then looked at Astrid. When she walked away behind the guy he couldn't resist to look at her pretty butt. Sadly it wasn't a long lasting look because other people danced between them again. Damn. He looked back at Nyx with a smile. "You really can drink much, can't you?", he asked her.

"Nah, I'll be back in a flash," Zack reassured Astrid. "Back before you know it." He put a reassuring hand on her shoulder before making his way to the bar top. Something dramatic was about to go down and it wasn't just the paranoia from his years in the marines that tipped him off to it. Something about that Cloud guy... Regardless, Zack ordered two pints of beer.

Astrid had walked few steps with Zack to acompany him. However since he assured her she could stay with the others and he´d be back in no time she went back to Nyx and Cloud.
