Description of superpower:
Andy has the ability to manipulate technology to his will.  It makes him a formidable hacker and engineer.  He wants to get better at not leaving traces in the systems he accesses.  His powers mostly focus on 'communicating' with electronics to do as he wishes.

Personality:
Andy is rather guarded, having seen how much information can be gathered about a person through the internet, security cameras, and the constant trail left throughout their life.  He isn't the best at socializing, but given time will eventually warm up to others.

Story:
Andy generally kept his powers discreet growing up, though as technology became more and more prevalent in the world his abilities with it became hard to ignore.  When he was very young he would sometimes accidentally cause electronics to malfunction or glitch when upset.  He is very close with his little sister and has used his powers in the past to help or protect her.  In cases of protection, family, or revenge (such as leaking personal information) he exposes his powers in a way that can potentially lead to them being noticed.  It was him using his powers to hack into high level databases that led to him starting to get unwanted attention.  This was also how he found out about Elite.  Nervous of the attention he was drawing, he decided to try signing up to further hone his powers.
