enjoying the sun (TAG Astrid)

"Yes, of course I did ... how could I not?" She replied back giving him a wink.

"Ehh... because you kicked me away..?", he asked, still confused. Her actions were the total opposite of her words...

"Natural relex." She said with a chuckle and patted him on the shoulder since she didn´t even know where it came from herself.

"Well... next time I will be prepared!", he replied, now slightly smiling in amusement. "Anything else I should know about your natural reflexes or stuff?", he asked grinning.

"Next time?" She asked quirking an eyebrow though smirking before answering his question. "Not to my knowlege but who knows ... Guess you better be prepared."

"Oh, I'm more than prepared, believe me. You won't surprise me twice with such things.", he said and grinned at her, leaning back on his hands and look at her.

"Mhm that you say now my poor knight!" She replied teasingly with a nod.

"Well, at least I think so", he said and grinned.

"Who knows." She replied quirking her eyebrows.

He laughed at this gesture and then replied: "Well, at least your body, right?"

"Probably or at least I highly do hope so. Would be quite weird otherwise right?"

"That's true.", he said and chuckled again, before he laid back down and looked into the sky. Well, you can go on the top if you want. I won't kick you away, promise.", he said and smirked at her.

Chuckleing and smirking back at him as he layed down again Astrid wondered about what to do now. Should she just lay down next to him or maybe "climb' him?

He closed his eyes, not expecting enything from her and enjoyed the feeling of the warm sun on his skin. It made him quite tired.

After she still hasn´t come to a conclusion she eventually noticed how relaxed Cloud was. Too relaxed. Maybe she should just let him sleep then? Reaching over him to her bag she quietly searched for her book since she didn´t want to leave him too soon.

"What are you doing?", he mumbled, still his eyes closed.

"Searching my entertainment while you can rest and relax?" She answered still searching.

He grinned. "You could also use me for you entertainment, ya know?", he said and opened one eye to look at her.

Oh that made her raise an eyebrow. "Uhu and how exactly ... okay .. nevermind."

He laughed and didn't say anything furthermore, closing his eye again.

Finally she got her book out and ... a nice let´s call it acessoire which made her scream quite loud. "Spider!" Normally she surely wasn´t that easy to scare, especially not from things like spiders but this one was not only bigger as the ones she was used to but also walking over her hand.

When Astrid screamed, he sat up and looked around. "What's wrong? What happened?", he asked, before his glance fell on the spider running panically over Astrid's arm. He sighed. "Hold still", he said and played that he was going to kill it right on her arm but when he saw her face, he laughed and took it by one of his legs and threw it away. "Everything is alright, mylady. Don't worry"

"Thank you." She replied panting a little because of the shock. "Sorry for acting like that but I definitely hadn´t expected such a spider waiting for me in my bag."

He laughed. "That's alright, I don't blame you", he gave back and winked.

"Well hey, you´re awake. Woohoo!" She cheered playfully. "Any suggestion what to do now?"
