Stroll (Tag: Tadashi)

"Sure!" Tadashi replied immediately with a smile, as eager and happy to try to play against the girl: after all he had had so much fun with Hiro, he was quite eager to repeat a similar experience. As she suggested the pizza place, though, tadashi blinked twice in surprise while in his mind he started to connect: going out with a girl, having dinner with her... "L-like... a date?" he asked unsure, blushing lightly: he never went on a date, never actually even wanted to go on one, but he knew the theory, his female friends, including Remi, did tell him about their dates...

"I..." That stopped Xion right in her tracks. Under the circumstances, and social norms, she was supposed to confirm that yes, indeed it was a date, but logically she was torn because she hardly knew Tadashi. This hardly seemed like anything out of the many romance novels her mother forced upon her in order to 'round her out' as the woman put it. "Er... yes?"

"Oh..." Tadashi couldn't help his surprise, which was almost astonishment. A date. He had just been asked out for a date. That was... weird... girls were never interested in dating him, and on the other side he never showed any interest in dates either! They saw him like a cute puppy and he was fine with it... why did she want to go out with him? And what was he supposed to do? He heard himself reply "o-ok..." before his cheeks got fire. A date! What the hell was he supposed to no on a date??? He bit his lower lip, fixing his hair once again trying to fight the nervousness and shyness "W-when?" he peeped shyly

"When are you free next?" Xion all but whispered. She hadn't expected him to say yes! She thought he would have laughed it off and said they could go as friends first or that while he appreciated the sentiment he had some better things to do with his time. Who knew? For all she knew he was still working very hard on his blog and trying to appease his fanbase. Well, they were too late to go back on their word. Zack would probably laugh at her because her first date and she had set it up on accident.

"W-well... t-training hasn't started y-yet... so... k-kinda always..." he replied to her question, still as red as a ripe tomato and unable to look at her in the eyes "ehm... ah... t-tomorrow? I-is it ok?" he finally asked, shifting uncomfortably from one foot to the other

Xion didn't trust her voice so she bobbed her head yes. She avoided eye contact with the blogger. "Er... yeah." she finally managed after a minute. "Um... I'll see you tomorrow then?" She hoped she could use this as an quick escape after this.

He was so embarrassed himself now, he barely noticed that Xion as well was so embarrassed as well! he got her head movement, getting that she agreed. He didn't know now wether to be happy or to freak out! "Ah... yes..." he peeped before remembering that they didn't have each others contacts... hell, they didn't even decide the place and the time! "Ah... ehm... arcade at 7?" he asked, still in that low, shy voice, before with his power he got her phone out of her pocket, quickly unlocking it thanks to his power and digiting in his number "Ah... s-sorry, just..." he realize suddenly that what he did could easily be seen as rude, thing that made him blush even more "I... j-just... thought you might need my number... j-just in case..."

Xion took the device back with a shaky hand. If they hadn't just agreed on a date she might have though that what he had done was really cool - just like something out of his videos. Instead it sent a wave of nausea through her. What had she just agreed to? "No. It's... It's a good idea." she said. "Arcade at 7."

He tried to smile to her, but he was still too tense and his smile was not really convincing. "o-ok... s-see you tomorrow..." he greeted her before quickly leaving. Now he needed to breath. And think. And try to, OH MY GOD, understand what he had done!!! A DATE!!!!! What do you even do on a date??? He had to do some researched... he couldn't ask, it was safer to just google it up...

Xion sat back down on the bench. She hid her face in her hands. It was hard for her to believe that she was actually going on a date with Tadashi. She looked down at her phone where his contact information was. She sighed before gathering her nerves and going home.
