Description of superpower:
Kadaj is able to amplify and manipulate pre-existing radioactivity.  Since there is low level radiation that occurs naturally around us at any given time her power is almost never fully neutralized.  She usually has at least some radiation around her and wears special clothes complete with gloves to minimize the event of her accidentally harming others as she has in the past.  Her powers gets especially unstable when her emotions run high.

Personality:
Kadaj is generally reserved, afraid to allow her emotions to control her due to how closely they are linked with her power.  She is often derisive or sarcastic, quick to antagonize others as a way to distance herself from relationships.  Beneath her exterior she is very insecure, viewing her power as a curse.   She has low self worth and assumes others are better off without her.  She cares very deeply about her brother and would go to ends of the earth to protect those close to her.

Story:
Kadaj is the younger of two siblings and was raised by a single father since her mother died in childbirth.  Her power was first noticed when she got in a fight with another child in elementary school and accidentally hit them with a concentrated burst of radiation.  They ended up moving after the incident to a smaller and more secluded place. She came out as transgender near the beginning of high school.  Her brother had already suspected, and was very accepting.  Their father was confused by it at first, but was accepting none the less, just wanting Kadaj to be happy.  After the required therapy she started HRT.  She has also legally changed her gender.  It was her older brother Yazoo who found out about Elite and suggested they join, hoping that with better control of her powers Kadaj would finally start opening up and allowing other people into her life.

Kadaj is MTF or DMAB transgender, meaning she was born male and has transitioned to presenting as female.
Kadaj is fond of eye makeup, and though she doesn't usually wear full makeup, will often wear eyeshadow, mascara, or line her eyes.
