Description of superpower:
Rosetta has quite a great control over her power: she has an angelic voice and she has quite a great control over it. She is easily able to make everyone do whatever she wants, but of course her power is easily driver by her emotions so the more she managed to focus the more effect she'll has.

Personlity:
Rosetta is gentle and well-mannered, but also has a quick wit and a ton of charm. She can be quite sassy and teasing, but never with mean intentions. She always tried to look at her best and she's also quite the perfectionist type. She loves shopping and she cares a lot for her physical appearance, but even if she could look shallow she actually have a very big heart. She speaks in a thick Southern drawl and has a pretty nasal voice. She has, though, quite a fantastic voice when she sings, and she has the ability to make people do whatever she wants when she sings.

Story:
Rosetta was born in a terribly wealthy family. None of her parents had superpowers, but her beloved grandma had her same gift. Her family always accepted her as she was, always helping her, and therefore she lived her power as a gift and not as a curse. She had a great life, but when she finished high school she wasn't really sure about what to do: coming from such a wealthy family and being heir of such a big economical empire she didn't even need a job and she wasn't eager to keep studying, so she just enjoyed herself for a while, deciding to use her power to help people in need... and just enjoying life for a while. When she heard about the training center for gifted people she decided to try out the selection, and she was soon admitted.

Extra:
- Rosetta loves singing, even when she doesn't need it to hypnotize, and she does have a lovely voice
- She loves her brother more than anyone in the world and she's really protective toward him
- She may look really shallow, and she probably is too, but she does have geniune values and she wants to do something important with her life, that's why she decided to become a UN agent.
