Obtaining information about a person or object, usually by touching or concentrating on the object or a related object

Personality:
Aqua’s distant at first but once she gets to know someone she opens up more. She’s very protective of her friends and always looks out for them. She doesn’t use her powers to her own advantage but to subtly help others with their own problems. She’s calm and very patient. It takes a lot to get her to laugh or smile but those who do are pretty much considered her friends.

Story:
Aqua had been left at an orphanage at a very young age. It was only during her stay at the orphanage did she realize that by touching personal belongings of the other children she would learn things about them – things they never told anyone, things they kept secret. She started to use her ability to redirect the staff when the other children were being adopted even after she aged out. She was never adopted but she started to work the cases of the children at the orphanage and make sure they never suffered again. She was only ‘discovered’ when she ran into one of the teachers at the school. They encouraged her to try her hand at attending because she simply couldn’t stay at the orphanage forever.

She goes by Aqua not her full name. It annoys her to be called Aquamarine.

She never found out why her parents gave her up for adoption and never found out who they were.
